What a fool I was. I didn't listen when something inside me said ""Be careful."" Instead, I just wanted the job done, So, I listened to Lonnie. All I heard were the ""Sirs"" and the ""Ma'ams"" that Lonnie doled out like free giveaways. So, I didn't listen to my inner self after he'd said ""Sir"" and ""Ma'am"" for the 1000th time. I didn't listen when deep inside I thought ""Somethings not right here"", ""Somethings phony about this guy."" I mean, it was like he was trying extremely hard to assure us, ""l'm a wonderful guy"". Well, good luck with that. We brought him into our house. We treated him like gold. But, with no warning, he let us down with a project we were committed to and had meticulously planned for along time. It was dissapointment beyond dissapointment.
It was all a fake. Be careful, dear reader. This guy has a finely honed talent for roping you in, then letting you down.

Lonnie is a very courtesy guy and is respectful I will
Give him that! But he gave us a quote and the quote was not the accurate price when it came time to do the work he said $120 a room he meant 120 a can. Took him 4 times to show up to said appointment we had several no shows. And the day of appt that he finally made it to he was 4 hours late.

He also broke a deal with my husband who said $600 for everything including bathroom which was the original price we agreed upon which he didn't even come through in fixing bathroom light. Out of everything he did and all the times he was late you think customer service and fixing the bathroom light would of been the least of concerns to make it right!!

Do yourself A favor and just call someone else who will actually show up and not a break a deal!

Lonnie Miller was beyond skilled and professional. He was so polite, knowledgable and patient with us. His work was exemplary and very reasonably priced We put in sconces and replaces a chandelier. He added new switches and dimmers.

I was directed to Lonnie with Miller Electric by some friends. I had multiple electric jobs to be done at my house that we recently bought.

Lonnie was so respectful over the phone and I had him come out to give me a quote and his quote was close $700 under another quote I got! He came up with some cost saving solutions for us too! His work was fast and great! He never stopped working while he was at my home! He is so respectful and honest! I was totally comfortable letting him in my home for hours while no one else is home! He did great work! Thanks Lonnie

Lonnie told me that he would be at my house at 1pm. It's 1:30pm and he's nowhere. I sent him a message and asked if he was still coming and he said he won't be in town until after 4pm!!!!! WTF?! I tried to call him on the phone but of course no answer.

I took time off work for this!!! Bad customer service! Unreliable. I'm going to go with someone else. Don't waste your time with this guy.

Lonnie really does have the best customer service. He's done a couple of jobs on our older home, and is very professional, polite, and fast. He has also gone way above and beyond to help us out with our bathroom project just because he's a great guy. Highly recommend Lonnie!
