Highly recommended! Extremely fast response and communication, prompt, and professional. He replaced an old vanity light with a new one and provided support for an electrical problem I had. They responded quickly and gave me an estimate online.. then I got an appointment with the technician to check what we need to do and to get an exact estimate couple days after, the guy Mikhail came on time and seemed reasonable, however after he left he never showed up to the promised day of work, never even responded to my messages or calls, I actually didn't want to contact someone else before making sure there was nothing maybe wrong happen with him.. but almost three weeks after no response no reply.. dude if you don't or can't do the job just say so you don't keep customers hanging like that.. very unprofessional

Mikhail did a wonderful job replacing our light fixture, shower head and fixing the leaky sink. He is very easy to work with and doesn't overcharge. Great attitude and had a very good knowledge of his work. I would recommend him for sure.

First off, I'd like to say that Ku Handyman Services is like a hidden gem!

I reached out and spoke to Mike regarding lighting replacement and interest in recessed lighting for my kitchen and family room. My kitchen light was an outdated version, and my family room had no lighting whatsoever other than from the ceiling fan, a lamp and natural lighting from outside.

Mike was very responsive and very knowledgeable about what kind of work needed to be done. He made recommendations, sent me pictures of the type of lighting that would work for my house. The communication was on point and he always made time to answer any questions I had. We set up an appointment, he advised me of what needed to be purchased for the project.

Mike arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained all that needed to be done. He is super calm, extremely polite and very professional. He is very detailed with his work to the point of perfection! He is extremely hard working as well. I am very happy with the lighting done on my house, I couldn't have picked a better person to work with. He made my house look and feel like a brand new home. His pricing was extremely affordable and on top of that the work is top notch!

I would highly recommend his services and will continue to utilize him for future work as I am extremely happy and impressed with his work ethic, knowledge and honesty.

Mikhail (Mike) saved my day. I've been dealing with a lot of stress lately. One glaring problem - my washing machine was leaking.

I did my research, ran diagnostics, and found the cause. LG front load washers have a rubber gasket/boot held in with 2 tight metal rings with springs. Mine separated at the bottom. I knew that I alone couldn't remove, and definitely couldn't reinstall the inner ring with the tools I had. I ordered specialty tools ($100) from Amazon but they've lost the package. No laundry done for over a week.

I called 6 appliance repair shops. Either no call back, they didn't service LG, or they wouldn't touch a machine that a customer has worked on.

Then I called 2 handymen. First one refused - outside his wheelhouse. At this point I'm beyond stressed. So I called Mike of Ku Handyman Services...

Mike patiently listened. He was at my local Home Depot. He said text him my address and he'll come take a look. Mike said he's not experienced with washer repair but if I was comfortable with what needed to be done, he would at least assist me. When he arrived he shed his shoes at the door without being asked to wear shoe covers or shed his shoes. Fabulous!

Mike was patient, calm, thorough and willing to watch the helpful video I found regarding this repair job. And we fixed it! My washing machine no longer leaks!! Mike didn't charge me much at all.
