Our HVAC unit broke in the middle of summer and we were sweating our butts off. No worries as KT Electrical was super responsive. Kevin came out for an estimate. We've accepted the quote and the overall process was great. We ran into an issue with the City requiring us to install a HVAC screen but the team was able to resolve the requirement. Our installation passed inspection and the permit was finaled successfully! Great service - the install was on time and our new HVAC unit is blowing cold.

KT Electrical was a life saver during the recent major heat spell. One of our 23 year old AC units decided to stop pumping out cold air. While we were waiting for an estimate from another company, we were referred to KT Electrical by a friend that had used them for the same issue last summer. I called and Kevin was able to come out the same day to look at our unit and confirm the diagnosis. KT Electrical gave us an estimate within a few days and luckily the unit that we needed was in stock. The pricing from KT Electrical came in lower than the other company, that took forever to get us an estimate. We were able to schedule an installation appointment for a week later. The office was really good about sending text updates about estimates, part/model numbers, and arrival times. Kevin and his technicians were on time for the installation. They laid down paper to protect our flooring and were very cautious when removing and installing the furnace in our attic. Kevin even repaired the stucco at the new junction box by the outside condenser unit. It was an all day job, they cleaned up all the work areas, and we were able to have air conditioning again upstairs.

Excellent service at a very reasonable price. The level of service from Kevin and Jennifer is something that my wife and I value the most coming out of this experience. Our issue was a bit more complicated than the usual repair since we had to apply for the city approval before moving our main electrical panel from one side of the house to another. Because of this, there were many inspections during the whole process. Jennifer, was very helpful in meeting up with the city inspectors and work with them to get all the approval that we need. Kevin and his team was very good in making sure that the new unit is in compliant with the city requirement so that the inspection was short and smooth. My wife and I will definitely reach out to KT Electrical for any future electrical issue.
