Excellent service at a very reasonable price. The level of service from Kevin and Jennifer is something that my wife and I value the most coming out of this experience. Our issue was a bit more complicated than the usual repair since we had to apply for the city approval before moving our main electrical panel from one side of the house to another. Because of this, there were many inspections during the whole process. Jennifer, was very helpful in meeting up with the city inspectors and work with them to get all the approval that we need. Kevin and his team was very good in making sure that the new unit is in compliant with the city requirement so that the inspection was short and smooth. My wife and I will definitely reach out to KT Electrical for any future electrical issue.

Our AC went out on us after already suffering 2 day power outage. This was in the middle of a heat wave at around 8pm. KT Electrical was recommended by a friend. We were able to get some contact info for Kevin and within 30 mins we were on the phone explaining the issues. He stated he could be out at 8am, sure enough next day at 8am he was at our doorstep. He had the parts needed on hand for the repairs and a few guys to help speed along the process. He even walked me through some things I can do to keep our AC up, running and troubleshoot if we need to for easy fixes. We would definitely recommend KT Electrical

KT Electrical to the rescue! Kevin came out quickly on the hottest day of the heatwave to repair my a/c unit. They took proper Covid precautions and kept masks on the whole time and had me go inside to turn the unit on/off and to check the temp coming out of my vents so they didn't need to enter my home unnecessarily (very much appreciated!) Kevin was also great with explaining what was going on with my unit. They are excellent and I highly recommend them! They will definitely be my go-to for any a/c and electrical work moving forward! We were referred to KT Electrical for a new meter/electrical panel. We dealt with the owner Kevin and his daughter, Jennifer. They are both very professional and winsome. Kevin came out and provided a very fair estimate. They dealt with the City for permits/inspections and SCE for their inspection. Power was turned off for part of a day and the guys worked hard and diligently to finish and get power back on. We highly recommend Kevin and his crew.
