Alex responded quickly on a Sunday night and was able to come by the next day to fix our patio door. He was able to complete the repairs quickly and provided a detailed explanation of the problem and fix. He also provided the most competitive quote to inspect and fix our patio door.

Don't doubt their level of skill or professionalism for a second. Despite English being their 2nd language, they use Google Translate exceptionally well. Very savvy and skilled. They created a custom laundry cabinet and shelving for me in a closet nook space. I originally asked them to build something that would be paint grade to help hide imperfections and all. But, after seeing their high quality and craftsmanship with the woodwork, I changed the plan so the finish would be stain and polyurethane instead. I plan to hire them for other jobs, as well.

Aleksei came to reinstall 4 kitchen upper kitchen cabinet doors with new hinges, repaired an outdoor gate, replaced 7 smoke alarms, replaced an antique door handle, replaced bulbs in two hard to reach lights, replaced the furnace filter. It took 6 hours, including a trip to the hardware store and home depot. All the jobs were done well. He is neat and pleasant. His hourly rate of $85 is more affordable than any other option. His work was 5 stars.

But.. he speaks Russian and almost no English, which caused one miscommunication, but it was nothing serious. He made the mistake of getting on a too short ladder to replace a high smoke alarm (before I could bring the taller one), which caused him to knock an irreplaceble, precious plate off the wall, and it shattered. If you hire hime, you should keep track of his hours and the cost of his purchases. He made a math mistake when adding it all up (counting the first hour at the start, and forgetting to remove the items from hardware that we didn't use) so his initial charge was significantly more than what I actually owed. With these problems, I'd rate the whole experience 3-4 stars.

Alex and Serge came within the hour to fix my kitchen cabinets. The hanging cabinets had the top left corner detached. The two of them came in and quickly and neatly fixed the cabinets within 30 minutes. They reassured me of the quality of their work and told me if I ran into any issues, I can contact them. They also provided a very reasonable quote.

I would definitely ask them to come back or recommend them. Thank you to the team and am happy to support their small business.

Alex did an amazing job! He fixed a lot when we moved into the house. The main ones are installing a Tesla charger and building in a wine fridge. He works very neatly and definitely knows what he's doing. All together it took 2 days. I'll turn to him in the future if I need to do something else around the house
