The initial response from KSR after requesting help with a whirlpool switch replacement was ""crickets. Hence a 1 star review, but I did receive a response today. Kevin apologized for the delay and explained his focus as an electrician is wiring, conduits, big jobs. So I am writing this to balance the previous rating 1 star with a 4 star for getting back to me. I have since hired a n Anji electrical handyman to do the job.

Kevin(Owner) is the best. He has done several jobs for us(big and small) and has always done an incredible job. He has installed: new LED lights in our house, a Generac generator and rewired our spa. He is honest and very good at what he does. Our spa re-wire was particularly challenging but he took the time to figure out the best way to run the new conduit.
I highly recommend KSR!

Kevin is awesome! He just did the electrical work for some outdoor solar shades I had installed at my home. My project was complex and Kevin took the time to figure out the cleanest way to run the conduit. I really appreciate that he took the time to run the conduit nice and cleanly as opposed to taking the easy route.

we had a couple of electrical issues due to me trying to do it myself . pretty small job. Kevin came out and looked it over gave me a very reasonable bid and did an amazing job. we are so pleased to have everything fixed up. We keep telling Alexa to dim our lights and we love it.
