Quick response. Very knowledgeable. He didn't try to over charge me. Genuine guy. I would recommend KRW Services for any and all electrical services. I had fireworks going off inside my electrical panel. He came in, assessed the issue and fixed it in less than an hour! The other people I called wanted pictures, asking me questions I didn't know the answer to... KRW knew my issue from my description and came over immediately and took care of it. I'm very happy with the service.

Ken did a wonderful job installing my light fixture and checking out my breaker box after I had a switch issue. I had a lot of questions for him about the wiring and my circuit panel and he was very happy to educate me, even made sure everything in the box was tight and explained why that was important. He's obviously got a lot of experience and I feel confident trusting him. He's already helping on another house project I've got going and I'm very grateful to have his input, he loves what he does and it makes dealing with him a pleasure.

I would highly recommend KRW services, I had purchased a freezer that I placed on my patio, but I needed an electrical outlet installed where the freezer went, Mr. Welch came out on a Saturday and placed the outlet exactly where I needed it. He's a super nice man and very professional, the job came out really nice I'm very happy with his service, I will be calling him again, for some ceiling fans I need installed in my home and to put some recessed lighting in my living room.

I had three switches that need to be repaired One need to be replaced, the other two need to be reattached to the wall, they came on done for some reason..

Owner came out, service was outstanding! Old-school reliability, professionalism, personality and friendliness.

I also needed his advice on circuit breaker panel and power outage because of appliances. I explain the situation and he gave me what seems to be a very easy and cost-effective fix to the problem.

Another electrician suggested upgrading the whole old style panel. Which in theory is a fix, And probably a better one in the long run - but a way more expensive one.

So this company is great, and I suggest you use them. I will use them from now on.

My mom had an issue with her pool pump. I always look at yelp reviews and I saw the reviews for KRW services. The reviews were wonderful and so I gave it a chance and let me tell you it was the best thing I had ever done for my mom. He came out on his way home from another job without hesitation looked through all of the electrical to find the problem was a simple switch.
