I recently have Kevin came to look at my new home to redo lighting in my garage and install security light on my driveway. Kevin is just awesome. He responded rather promptly and gave me a quote. His price is not the cheapest but decided to award him the contract based on may positives I have heard from his company. Job was supposed to start 2 weeks later but they had a last minute cancellation and one of his staff (Mike) emailed me if I was available the next day, which was awesome. Mike and his other wingman came at 7.30 am and did a great job by lunch time. Overall quality was super. Even though his price is not the cheapest I will likely continue seeking Mike and Kevin based on their responsiveness and quality work.

Just Wow !! 100% customer service. I thought I was looking at some expensive electric work at my home. Long story short I talked to kev and Mike. Through email and via text messaging gave me directions and tip to fix the problems. I feel bad I wasted their time but they helped me without charging me !!!! If I ever need an electrician, I know who to call. Thanks guys.

Fantastic company!! Really honest, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and nice!!!! We had a partial power outage and Kevin found the problem very quickly and was able to fix it in an hour. I thought they were all around a great company and we'll be using them again for sure!!! 5 stars!!

These guys are terrific. Before I got in contact with KR Electric, I had called many others for estimates. After calling Kevin (the owner) to come by for an estimate, he showed up the very next day. While we walked around the house, I told him what we wanted to have done (installation of fans, light fixtures, etc.), and soon after, he meticulously listed the items and gave us a very fair priced estimate. Because of the competency/ professionalism he showed while at our house and the competitive price he gave us, we chose KR Electric to take on the project. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and did the work efficiently. When we had questions about some specifics of the work they were courteous and answered them to our satisfaction. These guys are solid and honest people (rare with subcontractors). If you need electrical work done, look no further than KR Electric.

Kevin and Mike at KR Electric are professionals in their field, but most importantly they are responsive and honest people. I always feel comfortable with them in our home, even with my wife and three young kids. They have always charged very fair prices, set realistic expectations, and exceed those expectations. KR Electric is a great group to work with as a whole. Every communication was prompt. Mike .S took his time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. My entire downstairs wiring was shot and needed to be rewired. Mike.S and his team completed the work in less than a day. As well as coming up with a more affordable option to save me big money the day of the install. Everyone of the guys were polite, easy to talk to and easy to get a long with.
The attention to cleanliness was a great plus. They laid down plastic on my floors and made sure after the job was done that everything was cleaned up and no traces of them being there.
I have a very hard to trusting people when it comes to working on my house and giving a fair cost and doing the job well. I will defiantly be recommending KR to anyone that needs their services.

All I can say is there is some common decency in this world where people don't try to price gauge you when you are desperate, and where they try to understand your emergency and they go out of their way to help you.

This happened to me recently. I was having some work done and we ran into a few electrical conflicts that needed to be resolved as soon as possible.

I went to trusty YELP to try to find a local electrician that could help. I had to search to find KR Electric and they only had a few reviews but don't let that fool you. These guys are what is right in the world when it comes to customer service, and Mike was awesome. He answered the phone in the first try, he understood my urgency, was able to promise me he'd be there in an hour and he told me his normal hourly rate would apply with a two hour minimum. That was completely acceptable as I had a feeling the work was going to be a few hours to resolve the problem.

As promised, Mike came on time, (which I found out later was during his lunch time), was able to assess the problems (I had three), understood the urgency, and came up with three completely amazing solutions which were completed in two hours.

All I can say is if you ever need any electrical work done, Mike and KR Electric are the ones to call. I am so grateful that I found an electrician to add to my 5 STAR list of reviews, and I will certainly be using them again in the future for ALL my electrical needs.
