Let's just say they went above and beyond to provide awesome lighting including options to dim all lights, change colors, control lights from inside our home. Kevin recommended using landscape lights and they are so versatile and look amazing on our posts and the interior of the pavilion. Kevin also hooked up our electric car charger and repaired our kitchen lighting. KR is honest and clearly cares about doing a top quality job. I will definitely use them again for any electrical need.

Kevin and his crew are amazing! Over the past two years, they have done three jobs for us at our home in Pleasanton. They upgraded our entire electrical panel, put in inset lighting and a fan inside our house, and upgraded our electrical system outside near our pool and hot tub. KR Electric didn't respond to my inquiry promptly, but after a couple of days I received an email asking to confirm a date for an estimate a week out and then Kevin came out to meet me and was on-time and super friendly.

The quote he gave me was decent so we wanted to move forward. After sending an email requesting to start some projects, he fell off the face of the planet and won't respond.

I could've gotten this project done 2 weeks ago with Frontline if I hadn't bothered to wait a week for the estimate and then another week of non-responsiveness. Even a response saying that he wasn't available any longer would've been acceptable, but ghosting is unprofessional.
