We had two italian light fixtures to install, suspended from a pitched 20' ceiling. Looked on yelp for some local contractors, and honestly, there were very few to choose from, and those on yelp had some sketchy reviews. KPK Electric came when the appointment time was set, was careful to lay blankets so the 14' and 16' ladder wouldn't scratch the hardwood floors. The initial installation did take close to four hours. Upon later inspection, it was noted that one of the fixtures was a bit uneven by maybe 1/4"". While schedules were hard to align, KPK did come back as agreed, right on time, and leveled the fixture in minutes, no extra charge. We were extremely pleased with the commitment, the work and the communication of KPK Electric!
