In early 2023, home sales began to struggle as insurance providers revised their policies to deny coverage for all properties with K&T systems. This business was founded by a real estate developer and contractor with deep experience in compliance, overseeing developments, real estate development, and renovation, applying their expertise to modernize properties to help owners get and maintain insurance.

In that same month, my wife Brandi, a realtor in San Francisco, shared me that a property in the Sunset area of the city did not close because the bidders who bid on it could not obtain insurance. That period, two of her peers had buyers in contract that were canceled by the providers because the property was identified as having knob and tube wiring. That was the moment of realization that initiated the business.

My expertise is in real estate finance and finance. I've built over 400 units and have arranged equity financing for the building of 7500+ residential units.
