This business was founded by a property developer and contractor with deep experience in regulatory processes, managing projects, real estate development, and building, applying their expertise to update properties to help owners get and retain insurance.

In the same month, my wife Brandi, a realtor in the Bay Area, told me that a property in the Sunset neighborhood of the city did not sell because the bidders who offered on it could not secure insurance. That week, two of her colleagues had buyers in contract that were canceled by the insurers because the property was found to have knob and tube wiring. That was the moment of realization that initiated the venture.

My experience is in property development and finance. I've constructed over 400 units and have secured equity financing for the building of more than 7500 units.
