Fc R.I have used Knights Electric in the past with great results. Last week I reached out to Roger via direct email regarding some work. After several days I do not receive a response. Sent a second email again no response. So I called this past Monday and spoke with Roger directly. He advised he had seen the email and advised he would review and email a quote that night. As of this review, I have not received an email or call. In reviewing all the reviews here, it seems that Knights Electric either does a great job or fails miserably. In this case he fails miserably! No contact. I can not force someone to a least respond in a timely fashion. What is up? His customer service is terrible! Avoid Knights Electric for if you have a problem he most likely will not make it right!
