Katherine V.Brandon was very responsive initially and seemed like a nice guy. Unfortunately after coming out to our home, he requested payment for the full project without actually completing the work. We shared we were only comfortable paying the service fee for the first day and would pay the remainder when the work was completed. We paid $100 service fee with no repairs completed despite receiving an invoice and 5+ calls requesting full payment. He indicated he would be back the next day to complete the work but then we did not hear back from him. Not sure if this is a scam as there are no other reviews but sharing our experience - unfortunately would not recommend this company based on our interaction.
