Ryan and Stephanie were both great to work with. Stephanie was in constant communication via phone and text. Ryan responded to texts on a Sunday when I continued to have issues with a breaker. He didn't jump right into replacing the breaker and walked me through the process of elimination to see if it was an appliance versus a bad breaker. He cares about his customers and does the necessary steps instead of going the most expensive route first. I appreciate his honesty and he's just an overall friendly guy.

Ryan Smith of Knightly Services did an extensive upgrade of my electrical system by replacing 2 aged panels at my home, upgraded our smoke and fire alarms, added a generator outlet outside, and added another outlet for my EV. He knows the electrical codes inside and out, and made worthwhile and honest recommendations in my 34-year old home.
