I had Knight Electric change 2 sconces in my bathroom and they broke the mirror. I had to arrange to get the mirror fixed which they did pay for, although it took three weeks for this to happen. I dealt with Tony who is extremely obnoxious. He delegated the repair of the mirror to his assistant who is absolutely useless and certainly was in no rush to get my mirror repaired. When I asked Tony to send somebody to install the sconces on the new mirror he told me I'd have to wait five days because the mirror had to set. When Joe Roth Glass installed the new mirror they told me it did not have to set and hung the sconces for me. Tony then had the audacity to send me a bill. When I called him to dispute the bill he told me I should be thankful that he paid for the mirror and I didn't have to go to court to get him to do so. He also said he could've lied that his electrician never broke the mirror. He then threatened to send me to collections. I would strongly recommend if you need an electrician to find another company that stands
behind their work and understands the word customer service.

After a bad experience with another Creation automation installer, we hired Knight to fix failed hardware and software issues. While not inexpensive, they did a first-class job. Carlos is as nice as can be, knows his stuff, and completely eliminated all the problems that had made our new system previously unusable. Knight is now our go-to automation service. Recommended.

Don't expect to show up. Called to make an appointment to come out and diagnose an electrical issue after having had an appliance repair man determine there was an issue with some of the electrical outlets not the appliance itself, as the breaker kept tripping. I called and explained the issue and made an appointment three days in advance to have someone go out and diagnose the issue. Spoke to the service manager who said they would call before coming on the appointment day. Received a call from my tenant on the appointment day saying he received a call from the technician telling him there was no point in coming out since the appliance was working. I then called to inquire why no one went out to the residence to address the outlet issue and got a very careless attitude after speaking to what I was told was the service manager, who basically told me that there was no point in coming out since the appliance was working. I tried explaining to him again what the issue was with the outlets not the appliance...however he just couldn't seem to get it, instead wanted to debate over the phone but then told me he would be happy to go out there....well yea that's why I made an appointment in the first place ......was to go out and determine the problem not call and make a determination via telephone. No thanks, if this is how they do things before they even go to a residence, I question their workmanship and reliability.

Quick, honest & reliable service. We are so thankful for this company. When we call they arrive promptly and are equipped to handle everything. And they do it with a smile! Thank God for them today when our water heater controller blew and the house was full of smoke, they showed up and diagnosed the issue in minutes!!! Oh and had the part in their truck, we didn't have to wait days! Thank Tito & Jeff :-)
