I was installing a new outlet and installed it incorrectly on a late Saturday afternoon. After I flipped the switch in the breaker panel, I heard a loud pop and all of my lights were now out. Contacted Brian to see if he could come out to see what the issue was. Unfortunately he couldn't come out to fix the problem but through a series of calls and texts, he was able to help me diagnose the problem. As I mentioned before, he diagnosed the problem (outlet installed incorrectly and I had to reset my main breaker panel). What a relief it was to have the lights back on! I enjoy doing DIY projects but any future electrical work I will definitely be contacting Brian.

There's a reason these guys are 5-star-rated. I've had two separate situations (both related) that were emergencies (no A/C due to power issues) that Brian helped me with. First one was on a holiday weekend when nobody else was able to help us. Brian offered to contact a local associate and enlist him to help us on our behalf. That saved the day. Then, when we had a similar issue several weeks later, Brian offered to stop by on short notice and take a look at the situation. Very helpful in both cases--again, saved the day--and super friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. Really above-and-beyond stuff. I wouldn't expect that they would be able to maintain this approach, but looking at the other reviews, this is exactly the kind of thing that has consistently distinguished this company. We won't hesitate to call Kissel in the future for any other electrical issues.

Circuit breaker to pool pump died today (National Holiday), but that didn't stop Brian from showing up at my house within an hour to save the day(and our pool party!). Pleasant, professional and efficient repair at a reasonable rate. Even went the extra mile to locate the part needed from a wholesaler that was closed. Would highly recommend and will use again. Brian was awesome. We just recently bought our home and had some issues with our electrical in the bathroom - the lights would shut off after 10 minutes for no reason, and the fans were ridiculously loud. We had him put in recessed lights in our kitchen and bathrooms, as well as replace the bathroom fans and separate the switches. He met with us on Saturday, gave us a quote a few hours later, and was able to do the work a few days later. He was efficient, polite, friendly and got along with our indoor cat while we were at work. The finished work looked great. We will definitely be giving him a call for our future electrical work.

Can I leave 10 stars please? Six of the outlets in my house were not working for about six months and I kept putting off and putting off and putting off calling an electrician because I just didn't think I'd have the time or energy to take care of it. I called this company and I reached Brian and within an hour he was at my house and fixed the problem in 20 minutes at a very good price. I couldn't be happier and will definitely call them in the future if I have any other electrical problems.
