I was so happy to find Erik at KIRE Electric. I had several hallway switches that no longer worked as they were improperly wired back in 2018 when the house was built. Erik patiently kept at it until he diagnosed the problem which was improper electrical wiring of 1 switch which caused the others to blow out, including our Ring doorbell. Over a 2 day period he was able to rewire the switches and replace them and now they all work. Erik is extremely polite and professional. Anytime he went upstairs to access the electrical panel or went to get something out of his truck, he let me know where he was going and why. As a woman alone in the house, this was extremely important to me. I highly recommend Erik and KIRE Electric!

Knowledgeable and detail oriented approach provided. Needed upgrades to the electric panel to accommodate the switch from a gas to electric water heater. The team was able to diagnose the issue, fully communicate the available options, and help create a plan to address the situation. The team is RESPONSIVE and will definitely use them AGAIN.
