Just had Kip Electric out again. He was here when he said he would be, and got started right away. He took care of all the lights and ceiling fans I needed installed very quickly. As he was leaving, I mentioned next time he came out I needed him to fix an outdoor light. He said which one, found out the problem was whoever put the light in didn't hook up the wires correctly and fixed it. Great guy and would highly recommend him.

Very happy with work recently completed by KIP Electric. We had a chandelier moved and changed, all can lights switched to LED fixtures, and a ceiling fan added.
Keith was very responsive, came out and gave us a thorough bid and was flexible in scheduling the work appointment. Pricing was very reasonable. The day of the job he and his son were right on time, and did a great job. We'll happily call Keith back anytime we need electrical work.

KIP Electric is both professional and trustworthy. Keith, the owner, is honest, responsive and reasonably priced. We have utilized his services on three occasions.

He did a fine job replacing a fan in our patio. That was not what impressed me however. He was also asked to replace an electrical outlet on the patio. It had ceased to function and my spouse purchased new sockets. Keith checked it out and advised the GFR was tripped. He pushed the button and voila it worked like a charm. No charge.

He replaced all the pot lights in the residence, twelve in number with led lights. Great improvement. One of the lenses dropped out and he was there the following day and replaced the entire unit, no charge.

Replaced the fluorescent fixture with an led fixture, reasonable price and great results.

The attic fan went bad and could be heard wobbling from within the residence. I was very concerned about the potential electrical hazard. In spite of being very busy he came by and changed it out for a new fan. Well done and reasonably priced.

I had Keith come out today and as soon as I showed him what I wanted done, he copped an attituxe. I will admit that there were 15 extra plugs and switches, but all he had to say was, this is more than you asked for and then ask if he could come back at a later date to finish and I would have been fine with that. No no, he said ""I guess I can bust my ass but this is a lot of Frickin work"" I showed him the fan we wanted ins
talled our bathroom and he said I never showed him it, but we had. I remember he said we might have to put a bracket up. Every time he saw another switch or plug, he sighed and you could tell he was upset. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my own house. He also left a big mess that I had to clean up. I paid him 375 dollars for the 3 hours work and he said ""see you next time"" I won't be using Keith again. I don't appreciate feeling uncomfortable in my own home.
