The owner was unprofessional. We didn't feel he cared enough about his customers. In our field, we feel customer service is everything and we were definitely unhappy with the treatment. We will take our business elsewhere because he told us to take him off our call list . The job that we originally called them for was done perfectly, second time we weren't happy, but what made us most unhappy was the treatment. I was also unhappy that they called my place of employment to demand I delete my review. Very unprofessional and not what I expected from a company with 5 stars.

I had a worrying problem with a light - called Kingdom Electric and made an appointment for the afternoon - then Mike called and said ""I can come right now if that's o.k.."" He came out, fixed the problem and I didn't have to take vacation time from my work. Prices reasonable and such a nice, efficient guy. I will definitely use them again!

So, it's 3:30 PM the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and we have a little electrical meltdown at the house...involving smoke and that distinctively wonderful electrical fire smell wafting through the air! We call at least 7 electric companies, explaining our plight and the fact that we had to completely shut down the electricity to the house...again, 2 days before Thanksgiving. We were being cautious because we would rather roast a turkey on Thanksgiving than be roasted ""turkeys"" ourselves. Time and time again we heard that it was not possible to fit us in...sometimes with genuine compassion and regret and sometimes just very matter of factly as if our problem was something akin to a light bulb needing to be changed. One cannot imagine our great thanksgiving to God (seriously, there was rejoicing and prayer!) when Eric answered and said he'd drop what he was working on and come right over. His concern was safely. A little over an hour later, our problem was resolved and Eric even went the extra mile to get pricing and availability for a replacement ballast needed to repair our now very much fried fluorescent fixture. Eric was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable, He explained what had gone wrong so that we could understand it and fixed it quickly and with great competence. If you find yourself smelling electrical fire rather than flambe'd Baked Alaska in your kitchen, call Kingdom Electric. You won't regret it!
