I have a small portable generator. It was brand new but not running. I called so many business but none did ""house calls"" and it's certainly too heavy for me. Felt like giving up.
Then David called me back from Kingdom. He was very polite and concerned and wanted to schedule an appointment very soon, but my schedule got in the way.
He arrived as scheduled and began work immediately. He went out of his way to call the generator manufacturer to verify his assessment.
And Bravo! I now have a back up when we have power outage. I live in the suburbs and don't have a wood stove. I felt so vulnerable when there was no power.
