After graduating, Mr. Randolph established himself in New Orleans, Louisiana, accumulating years of experience in the commercial, civil, and residential construction industries. He not only thrived in all areas of construction but also built lasting connections with industry leaders, government representatives, and community members. In 2014, Mr. Randolph utilized his knowledge and network to create King Cole Construction LLC.
