Following graduation, Mr. Randolph settled in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he worked for many years in the commercial, civil, and residential construction fields. He not only thrived in all areas of construction but also fostered lasting connections with industry leaders, government representatives, and community members. In 2014, he founded King Cole Construction LLC, drawing on his experience and professional relationships.
