Justin is amazing, he has good communication, shows up when he says he will and does a great job with everything. He has installed numerous types of lights, replaced window pains, looked at my dryer that stopped blowing warm air and many other jobs. Every job has been done well and best of all he is honest, if he thinks something is not worth the money he tells me and has never just worked to get my money. I really cannot say enough good things about Justin and Kinfolk Troubleshooting. My elderly neighbor's fridge stopped blowing cold air and he asked me to coordinate the repair. I used Yelp's ""request a quote"" system, and Justin quickly replied with an estimate, his contact info, and availability. Off to a good start! He stayed in communication with me the next day when the repair was scheduled, and he came out as promised to do the job. He was kind and personable and went way above and beyond to make sure this fridge got fixed in a timely manner.
