I called on a Friday night with power out in half of my house. Carlos asked me if I had contacted Edison which I already had, and they had said it was not on their end. He came out first thing Saturday morning. Found the problem, and fixed it. One of my outlets had slowly burned. He and Bruce came back two weeks later to change all my outlets throughout the house. On their way out my garage door was not closing properly, and they even tightened the cables, so I did not have to call the garage door people. I called Carlos earlier today because there was a burning smell. Bruce was at the house in less than 20 minutes. Checked out everything. Very prompt, and professional. I have already recommended Kinetic Electric to a friend of mine. Will definitely recommend them again.

called on a Saturday with half of my house with no power, Carlos arrived in 30 mins and quickly found out Edison electric company had a blown circuit and it's not my circuit breaker. he didn't charge me a dime, I even offered some lunch money for coming out and he politely declined and thanked me. I am a real estate agent and always in need of work to be completed in a timely manner without loosing on quality or high cost. Carlos from Kinetic Electric came out within a day to quote me a price on a 200Amp service upgrade and had the work done and completed before we closed our 21 day escrow. We called him on day 16 and he came through for us, permit signed off and all. They even did the stucco patch and painted.( we supplied the paint.) Extraordinary Electrician! Carlos at Kinetic Elecric did a great job fixing the electrical outlets and light switches in our new home. It was an emergency situation and he responded quickly and professionally. At arrival he respected the fact that we do not wear shoes in our home and he removed his shoes to come in and work. He was careful seeing that we have a young 3 year old and a small pet. He is personable, understanding, and knowledgeable. I was trying to make breakfast at 7:30 for my daughter and I noticed that half of my kitchen (including the REFRIGERATOR), my den, and living room didn't have electricity. I called my home insurance and they sent a ""priority"" request. (It is 10:30 am and I still haven't heard from them.)

I then called Kinetic Electric (after trying about 5 other places. The other places didn't 1) answer their phone or 2) were not that helpful and I refuse to give my business to someone who isn't friendly) and Carlos was super nice. He arrived on time and was polite. He explained possible scenarios thoroughly and was able to fix the problem quickly. He was efficient and personable.

I will definitely use Kinetic in the future.

This was really as good as it gets! Picture it... Sunday afternoon on your way to your best friends baby shower and a power line goes down at your rental property. (emphasize Sunday!!!) My tenants had no power all day and Edison said they would not come till an Electrician came out and fixed the weather head on the side of the house. I called a bunch of 5 star electricians from Yelp and no one would come on a Sunday. I was nervous because he only had 2 reviews... but don't feel nervous!!! When I tried Carlos he didn't hesitate to help. He was so very professional and honest about price. Even though it was Sunday he had such a good attitude!!!! Kept in touch with me the whole time and even waited a few hours for Edison to come. They ended coming sooooo late at night I told him to just go home. But he called me the next day and checked up on Edison and everything. Not that I hope I have issues in the future but I really feel like a I have a trust worthy person to help me in the future. Thanks Carlos and company! Hire him!

These guys are awesome. Had a quick issue needing to get a new power outlet installed and they were responsive, knowledgeable, and reliable. I gave them a call, and they were able to show up same day and be done within 30 min. On top of that, he was nice enough to let me know of a few other issues that I might need to get taken care of, but without pushing me. Great people to call if you need work done!
