A friend recommended Kerr. He returned my call immediately, he was willing to come immediately if the need was emergent, we agreed the next day was OK. He came on time, immediately put my anxst to rest, assessed the problem and fixed the problem all in a very timely manner and was extremely reasonable. He is a rare example of being knowledgeable, professional, courteous, reliable and a true craftsman. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
