Ken's Refrigeration and air conditioning they came to our house said everything's okay and fix . However wasn't fix at all, he was only for half an hour and they charge us for an hour. He suggested to clean the furnace and I refused it, and he said don't worry I do it for free . He was just checking for a minute anyway, does was part of charge his time ??? that's why he was charging us double. It's just BS. Sometimes they think I am Asian but not stupid !!!! The fact we call them back , they should come back and fix because was paid already. But never heard from them if they're going fix it. Never use them again!!!!

I own a house in Town n' Country and this guy was wonderful when I called him for an emergency in the fall of 2018. Now he's MIA. I've called and left numerous messages with no response. Where are you Ken?

The only reason Ken didn't get a lower rating is because he came the same day that I called. We called Ken because our handyman could not get the wiring to work correctly when he built a wall to make a new room. We needed to move an outlet and a couple light switches.

Ken showed up and looked at the handyman's work and said he would fix it. We agreed on a hefty price and he went to work. 15 minutes later he said I might not be able to put the two lights on separate switches(which is what we called him for).

An hour later he told us that the job was complete. We walked through the outlet and switches and it was no different than when he showed up. He just wanted the $340 that he was charging us and wanted to get out. We had a disagreement and I let him know that his communication skills were definitely lacking when dealing with customers.

My AC went bad over the weekend and it was unbearable with two young kids. I recently replaced the batteries for the thermostat and changed out a bad filter which supposed to be a temporary filter when I cleaned out my reusable filter. Too many variables and I had no ideas what went wrong. I turned off the AC for 8 hours trying to defrost but that didn't help. The fan would stop running after turning the AC on for about 30 minutes and it never got cooler than 80 degree. Nothing worked! Instead of calling the AC repairman that I used to work with I decided to call Ken from a referral. Ken replied about 10PM on a Sunday saying he was coming over to take a look but I told him that we can try the next morning. The next morning he arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem. It was the water pipe clogged up. His service call was very reasonable price. I have never done a review before but I have to do one for Ken. I recall other AC guy would just come out, pump the Freon, and cleaned the water pipe at the same time and charged around $180. But Ken would simply clean the water pipe and charge a smaller fee which we the customers actually need. Thanks for being honest with great service at reason price. Thanks Ken!!!!

Where is that 6th star when you need it?

OK - this company is so good I almost hate to share it with others, but here it is.... This company is as good as it gets and then some.

Ken is responsive - he personally answered the phone on Saturday and scheduled us for 1st stop Monday.

Ken is creative and honest - a very rare commodity today. Daughter's home is an older redo/flip so there are a lot of loose ends. In this case the electrical system in the utility room. The stackable washer worked - sort of, dryer didn't and getting new appliances didn't solve the problem. Ken came to house diagnosed the problem - a bad line, provided us a quote and scheduled a repair the following day. Between visits he thought about the situation and felt he might have a better solution. Long story short he found a bad wire splice and made a very professional repair.

Ken is a neat freak - his team throughly cleaned up any loose insulation that fell to the floor from the attic. But he still wasn't done doing it right.

Ken is thorough and cares - after testing and putting the dryer back he and his crew proceeded to properly install and secure the dryer vent. But he still wasn't done. Ken then re-routed the water line to be sure it didn't rub up against a hot dryer line and melt.

And then his crew took out a small vacuum and thoroughly cleaned up the small laundry closet.

Finally - since the scope of the repair was less than originally quoted the final bill was adjusted accordingly.

Wow - were we lucky and so too will anybody fortunate enough to hire him! Better hurry - he will be doing a lot more work for us.

My husband called Ken on a problem with our air conditioning not blowing cold air. They came out the same day, troubleshoot the problem, let us know the repair cost ( which is very reasonable), and repaired was done! Excellent customer service, I am a happy camper and will be calling Ken's team again in the future with any problem with cooling and electric.
