He and his nephew installed the pipes for water into the spa perfectly, straight lines, all the way to the breaker box, every bit was done with precision, they even went over and above the call of duty by fixing her lovely waterfall. Keno Electric came highly recommended by hot tub emporium to power our newly purchased hot tub. They did not disappoint. Ken and his crew were very professional. They fit me in right away and finished the job quickly without leaving behind a mess. Ken advised me where to place the hot tub even though I had other ideas. He was right. The placement he recommended is practical and looks great in our yard. I would definitely use their services again.

I compared prices with others who were over 200 bucks higher for the job, and who did not seem as competent nor as nice. Ken got the job done fast and ahead of time, before my spa was delivered. He came right when it was delivered for the final hookup, but due to poor measurements on my part was unable to finish. With zero complaints about having make a trip for nothing, Ken then returned the following day for the final hookup on my spa. Through the process he was friendly, helpful and just a darn nice guy. On the follow up visit he brought an older teen who appeared to be his son and his apprentice learning the business. His son had that good-guy vibe as well, and both entertained my daughter as they completed the job and provided additional spa-filling tips and tricks. If you want fair, professional, fast and friendly, Ken is guy and Keno Electric is your company!
