Everything went well from beginning to end. I had never employed an electrician so I asked if I needed to take out a second mortgage on my home! :)

Within the week, I called and Steve and Hal came out. Assessed my two problems and before I knew it they were finished showing and explaining what they did! I was thrilled. I had lived with this problem forever.

Steve and Hal were both kind and very respectful. And knowledgeable. They worked together well as a team.

Miss Trish in the office was very kind as were the other young ladies that answered the phone.

I have another project they will be doing.

Their rates are fair. I highly recommend!

Can't say enough about this company. First off they were very responsive and I was able to get a technician show up at the house within three days of calling. The technicians were extremely respectful and the electrical issue actually quite difficult to troubleshoot. They did persist and brought another technician to help troubleshoot the problem which others essentially gave up on. From a pricing standpoint, I was quite surprised how reasonable our bill was. I will continue to use Kenny Strange Electric and VERY highly recommend them.

This company provided exceptional service in the wake of Hurricane Michael. They returned calls and was outstanding in helping us get our business running after our service was damaged by a large truck. Help with permits and the county resulted in getting us back on line and with professional results at a very fair price.

This group is ""interesting."" Allowed them to do quite a bit of work on my condo. They arrived quickly (same day) to perform several jobs when I was a new customer. When some of the work wasn't done property (basic plug replacement), I was told that they didn't have an appointment available for another ""week or so."" Kenny does what he wants, when he feels like it. He will come out quickly to get your money, but will be super slow to correct a job. I called first thing on a Tuesday morning; the ""customer service"" person called me back 5 hours later to tell me the next appointment is ""probably available some time next Tuesday or so."" She said that's what Kenny told her. Do yourself a favor if you live in Panama City Beach, don't call this crew. Ridiculous.

This was the absolute worst customer service I've ever received from any type of repair service. First, they charge you each time they come to your house, even if it is on their own! They would show up and charge us!! This included when the part they had was incorrect and had to come back out with the correct part! Don't expect to get in touch with anyone who can give you answers because it won't happen. We called at least 6 times and was told ""Kenny will call you tomorrow."" We're still waiting for that call...months later. We were not kept in the loop about the repair and simply got a $2000+ bill in the mail. After we moved, we showed the bill to two electricians who said we were robbed by this place. Pretty sure they took advantage of our time crunch. We called to see if we could discuss the bill and, again, waiting for the return call....months later. AVOID!
