They replaced my electrical box and didn't check the outlets before or after service. The outlets that worked prior to they're service stopped working after the service. I called and a serviceman came that was very rude and snarky ~ said the issues were my fault"" didn't fix anything then sent me a bill for 90.00! They eventually dropped the charge. But the next company found that it was fix - the wall switch! Only one outlet was cracked and he replaced it FREE for me.

Did a good job installing except I wanted all white. We were not in residence because we were selling our home up north. I was dismayed to find one brown fan when we arrived. Instead of calling to check with me about this, he just installed it that way. I don't know if there was a mixup in the fan order or weren't 3 white fans available. It worked ok where he put the brown fan as one wall was painted brown by the previous owner. Unfortunately, I plan to get rid of the brown wall next time we paint. I called and left a message but got no return call.

After paying 1700.00 for a electrical panel replacement We found several outlets not working so I called them and they send a different person out to resolve it.
He was 30 mins early, as I pulled up he was leaving!
Instant attitude and snarky comments - he said it couldn't possibly be because of the work they did"" I explained that all the outlets worked prior to yheir service so he elevated his attitude to ""are you an electrician""? I realized they were not going to stand behind their work. Today I get an emailed invoice for 90.00 for the follow-up visit. Redicillous!
I have contacted the county inspector and will also file a complaint with BBB.

We had several projects, taking down lights and replacing with LED's in 2 locations, replacing the ceiling fan in the kitchen, replacing the doorbell with a new chime kit and balancing a fan in another room. We had a great experience when Chance came out to perform those tasks, what a professional he was, explained everything and did not stop for a moment going from one task to the other, great communication, friendly & helpful, we would have Kennedy & Electric & Chance back in a heartbeat & will recommend them to neighbors & friends.

I've been shocked by some of the electricians I have used in the past!

Tom was fantastic! He underpromised and overdelivered!! He even cleaned up after himself (which is more than I can say for last electrician I used). He gave me a quote and job turned out not as difficult as anticipated. He didn't milk it and actually adjusted final bill accordingly! That's a shocker nowadays!

This is why will definitely be using them for our future projects!

Kennedy Electric is awesome! I had what I thought was a possible breaker box issue. I live 75 miles from the property and I was not familiar with electricians in the Brooksville area. I searched reviews and decided to call Kennedy Electric. Mike was very accommodating and he could've actually come out to give an estimate the same day, but being I had to travel so far, it needed scheduling. He fit me in just a couple of days later and showed up even a bit early, which I was pleasantly surprised! He went straight to work on the issues I discussed with him, and he also kindly went ahead and did repairs that day being considerate of me not having to come back again at a later date. Thank you!!! Great service and professionalism! Great company for women to consider when in need of an electrician!

I have had to call this company a couple of times for minor electrical work. They are prompt, honest and do a fantastic job at a very reasonable cost. I had others bid on the exact job for 3x the cost. You will not go wrong if you hire this company.

I called around to get prices on getting an outlet installed in my garage to charge my Tesla. Not only was Kennedy Electric extremely competitive with their pricing, but the gentlemen I spoke with was professional and courteous. I will update this review once the installation is complete.

Scheduled an appointment with this company for a quote, they gave me a time frame on when they will arrive on the scheduled day. Well, not only did they not show up...they had enough nerve to not even call me. Completely wasted my time and day. Speaks volumes about a company that does this. Do yourself a favor and look for someone else that is actually professional and punctual.
