Kenny & crew did an amazing job at some rental properties here in San Diego. A shower kit was installed improperly by another contractor, but Kenny came out and fixed it. The previous contractor didn't even replace the rotted subfloor when replacing the shower, seriously?! I found Kenny here on Yelp and he responded right away. Within fifteen minutes from the time I requested a quote, he was on the phone with me setting up a time to take a look at the project. He came out after working hours to get me a bid, and the prices were honest and fair. He sent over a professional contract with detailed descriptions of the work to be done. He was in constant communication with me and never once dropped the ball. So lets see, fair prices, good communication, excellent work. What more could you want from a contractor? I've already used Kenco for a few other small projects and will be using him for many more to come. The tenant is stoked on the new shower and I'm happy I don't have to deal with anymore headaches. Kenny and his team have been a pleasure to work with. They were the only ones (after 5 requests from roofers and other contractors) to agree to do the job. Cutting back about a 100 corbels that were damaged and rotten on the edge of our roof line (two stories high in some parts). They also replaced a double door leading to a patio and fixed quite a few starter boards on our roof. Very efficient, on time, honest and competitively priced.

I recently purchased a house and had to upgrade my electrical from the pole to a new panel all the way to multiple outlets in my home. I did the whole Craiglist thing and reached out to all my friends personal and Facebook lol before finding Kenny at Kenco. He took care of all the permits and was very economical compared to all of the others electricians I checked (over 10) I highly recommend Kenny for his customer service, professionalism, and expertise.

Moving into a new house always means dealing with new businesses and people, and out of all the people that have come and gone through out door, Ken is definitely the best! He's friendly, super nice, and willing to help out whatever your needs! He's very good when it comes to communication and will let you know what's going on with the plans you make with him.
