If you're looking for an electrician who won't show up when scheduled and won't even call to cancel or reschedule, then these are your guys.

Kemper did $10,000+ worth of work on my house a few years ago during a remodel, but when I had trouble with a fan they installed and needed a couple of days worth of adds and changes they repeatedly committed to dates and never showed and never called to explain. I literally tried for two months to get these guys to show up on days that I stayed home from work and they dissapointed every time.

I was doing some work on my house and needed an electrician. I wanted to add some new appliances in my kitchen. I called Brian, the owner, and he came out and did and inspection of my service panel. To my surprise there was not enough electricity coming into my house so I needed to get a new service installed. The whole unexpected expense and experience was great. He came in and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand, did the work quickly, and charged me a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone.

A big winter storm ripped the main power line right out of the side of my house. I called Kemper Electric and the owner, Brian, came to my house the same day to inspect the damage. Thanks to Brian's extensive knowledge of the local electrical code and the inner workings of PG&E and insurance claims adjusters, I was able to get my main circuit and power conduit upgraded and the whole thing was covered by insurance. He even recommended a carpenter to patch the damage done to the wooden siding. I couldn't be happier with the results.

I purchased a fixer- upper in Burlingame, so every day there is something new to repair. I finally decided to have an electrician come and perform an assessment so I can figure out what I needed to do. After getting Brian's number, I called and Brian offered to come out within 3 days to check out my place. Both Brian and his brother came out, were friendly, professional, and thorough. They gave me some suggestions, and ideas, and were done exactly as they predicted. I highly recommend them. They were even able to work with me on the cost of the assessment. They were awesome.

I am very impressed with Kemper Electric and the owner Brian Kemper. They repaired some electrical problems at a rental of mine. They charged me a fair price and did the work right away. I had some questions so I called the office. No one was available so I emailed Brian and included my phone number (there was a place for this) even though I did not expect a call back since I live outside the USA.. To my surprise he called me back right away and answered all my questions.
