if you dont mind a company coming out and not completing the job...it has been 4 weeks..working on the same problem. they are suppose to come back out to complete the job??? so far they keep making excuses not to come out!
The electricians themselves are great. We had an issue with our dryer not wanting to run because the plug wouldn't stay in the outlet (outlet was installed upside down). They turned the outlet right side up, which fixed the issue.
My problem isn't with the service itself. My issue is with the office staff, in particular, the young woman I spoke to this morning. The appointment window I was given was from 8:00-8:30AM. It was after 10:30AM before they showed up. Apparently, they were called out on an emergency, which is why they were so late getting to me. You'd think the office staff would call and let you know, but nobody bothered. And when I called at 10:00AM to find out why they hadn't shown up, the girl I spoke too sounded like I'd woken her up.
The office help isn't doing this business any favors.
