I have a rental in Los Osos, but live in GA. It was a challenge to even get someone to call me back and am glad I found Kelly. Over the phone, Kelly explained his rates and after I gave him the detail of the work I need to have completed, he gave me a time estimate. He ended up completing all the work professionally the same day, and came in at the very low end of his time estimate including additional work that I was not aware needed to be completed. He checked in a couple of times while doing the work and sent me a text of the work and progress and completed work. I will give Kelly's number to my tenants and trust him to complete the work and bill me upon completion without needing my approval. Thanks Kelly for the professionalism and quality.

We decided together to replace all four cans with newer, more up-to-date LED fixtures and I could not be more pleased! He provided his hourly price, requested photos of where I wanted the new outlets, as well as a photo of the access space to my raised foundation.
