Stephen replaced the electrical panel in my older home. I was very happy with the price, it was quick and painless, and I'm happy to have a better and safer panel that should hopefully last me another few decades.

Stephen was very professional during our electrical repair. He clearly explained the issue and took pictures to show the damage. I would recommend Stephen for your electrical work.

I had some alectrical issues in my 1980 home which necessitated a call to my home warrenty. Steven came from Kelly Brother to trouble shoot and repair the issue. He tracked 3 electrical lines and repaired the source which he explained was a temporary fix. He explained that both inside and outside power boxes were antiquated. I requested some bids of inside and outside box replacement costs. Steven encouraged me to shop around. Finally, on his recommendation, I made an appointment with Kelly Brothers to replace my inside power box. Steven was very professional. He explained everything he was doing to put a new electrical box in my home. He also gave me plenty of notice when he needed to shut off the power to my home. He was efficient and cleaned up after his work. I have had no issues since. I am very grateful for all his help. I will absolutely call Kelly Brothers when I need more electrical work. Steven was great.

i had some electrical issue at my home.The warranty company sent out Stephen from Kelly Brothers Electric. He was able to diagnose the electrical problem i was having and would highly recommended him in your home for any electrical concerns. His professionalism and detailed explanation with his diagnosis put my mind at ease to know that he my home was safer than it was than before he walked in

I have a home warranty. Technician showed up and said three exhaust fans were defective. I received a call that it would take $450 of modifications to fix one of them. They have not returned any calls. This company is fraudulent and incompetent. I have been going around with my warranty company to at least get my $100 service payment refunded.

Absolutely terrible company had put in work order with AHS ,first of all number they have listed could never reach them , finally after somehow reaching them tech that came out didn't come in with a ladder ,didn't even check the light ,just by looking at it from floor made a diagnosis .We have very tall ceilings how was he able to diagnosis problem without getting on a ladder looking at the light switch. Then was told by AHS it wasn't covered tech make a diagnosis just by looking up from the floor. When I left voicemail questioning them about this they never returned my call. Very unprofessional would not use again.

Stay Away!!! This company is absolutely awful. I needed two ceiling fans repaired or replaced. The technician said he was unable to diagnose the problem because he didn't have a tall enough ladder and the other couldn't be diagnosed because the remote's battery was dead. The tech (Manuel) told me to purchase a battery and see if that solved the problem. Well, I did the same day and immediately notified him that it still did not work or reset. This has gone on for six weeks now and I still have not been scheduled for a follow-up appointment. Kelly Brothers Electric NEVER answers the phone, it's always a voicemail message with no return call. There is no way around their stalling and voicemail avoidance tactics. There is also no help from the warranty company(AHS), as they are unable to reach them by phone either. Beware!

Horrible company! Do NOT use them. Unreliable and non-responsive. The only reason we used them is because our home warranty company sent them out. Electrician came out and told me he was going to order the parts and they will call me to schedule a time for them to come out and replace the breakers. 2 weeks went by and nothing, I called 8 times in 1 day, no answer. Left a VM and nothing. Texted them and they finally answered, I told them the issue and they said they would check their notes and get back to me, never heard from them again. Asked for a refund from my home warranty company and hired an electrician myself.

Absolutely terrible company. Their phone number they have listed, they never answer. You get an automated text message sent to your number and that is the only way they will communicate with you. I was charged $100 (my deductible) when they came out all they did was take a picture of my two fans and then proceeded to tell me they could not install them since I already bought them. I did the cash buy out through American home shield as the company told me to do and then they would be able to install the fans. Never heard back from them. Sent multiple text messages and called multiple times, never answered the phone or text messages. Reviews on goggle for this company are terrible as well but I was told by American home shield this was the only company I could use. I would not recommend this company to anyone and if American Home Shield says you have to use them, I'd recommend just finding your own company and paying for it yourself.

AHS scheduled me Kelly Brothers Electric on a Friday for that following Monday morning. On Sunday after 8pm, so a night before they were supposed to come, I get a text to reschedule for a day after (so for Tuesday) and I replied back ""Ok That works."" I had already moved appointments for Monday and now I moved appointments for Tuesday and took off work.
I called and texted them several times on Tuesday as I realized the time frame they gave me was expiring in 15 minutes just to check if someone was actually coming. Finally someone replied stating that I never confirme, except I had the texts and I sent them a screenshot, they said it was on me and that if I call and no one answers is because they were obviously with someone on the other line. I could not believe they had zero acknowledgement despite having moved my appointments around and missing a whole morning from work. I was never able to get anyone on the phone at all. To my surprise, when I called my home warranty, they had already call and said they did not want to work at my property because I was rude to their staff and I supposedly never confirmed, when in reality I never even spoke with anyone and I texted them proof of a screenshot showing not only that I did confirm the appointment but that I also had several attempts to reach them.They literally lied about the whole ordeal, called me rude and a liar and they told that to my home warranty. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and I do not recommend them to anyone at all. OCC Electric on the other hand was the second company AHS referred me to and they were on it! Dont give your business to Kelly Brothers Electric!
