Absolutely negligent company. Do not use! They told American Home Shield my fan was under warranty (which it was not). When I called to discuss I was forced to leave a voicemail, which was never returned. 4 voicemails later and zero successful contact with the company. At last resort I had AHS schedule a recall, which was canceled without notification by Kelly Brothers. Another week later and I still have no working light in my room. I wouldn't trust a company of this caliber to change a lightbulb without burning down my house!

Doesn't even deserve one star! The company is very unprofessional. First they do not answer their phone. It ask for you to leave a message but you can't because it's full.
I get a text message stating they have been trying to reach me all day but that its a lie. They scheduled an appointment which they were no shows for. When we tried to call, no answer yet again. Tried to text the number they were texting from, and no response.

If i could put no stars i would. This ""business"" is completely unprofessional. And AHS should be ashamed of themselves for using them. They take your money and do a half job or no job at all. AHS had them sent out for my breakers going out. Ian an ""electrician"" who came out changed two breakers and i told him it was 3 that needed changing. Walking off he says they will order the 3rd and he would be back to install...... I've called left a voicemail. NOTHING FROM THE SCAMERS. It seems i've paid for these jokers to come out and do a half job. I just might pull up to there place of business, this is absolutely ridiculous.

My AC has been without electricity for more than a week. Brother Electric sent an electrician and the conclusion was that we had a bad breaker so he decided that he will send the report to AHS for approval. AHS Approved the work order on January 5, today is January 11 and I have been calling Brother Electric and leave messages but no response from them and I still have no power going to my AC.

They came out and repaired 1/2 outlet. They never came back to repair the second. I called 3 times and left messages- no call back. I had to call AHS and had them to call the electric company. Do not use them if you can help it!

this company is a scam. AHS sent them once to fix a plug outside and once for a ceiling fan. both times the technician spent 5-10 min and then said 'there's nothing wrong or nothing he can do' and walked away. Is this the work ethics that AHS want to work with?? it's just ridiculous that they walk through your home, scam you, charge you for it and get away with it. so many reviews below saying the same thing. why is AHS still working with these people??
