We had a circuit pop and couldn't fix it on the breaker ourselves. The technician came during the window of time provided, troubleshooted the problem and got us power back in our living room. Very nice and got the job done quick!

I had an appointment from 11-3 never heard from the tech. I called the office at 2 to see if my window was still good they said yes. The tech showed up 5:30pm did not even plug anything into the outlet and wrote on the work order that the customer ""wanted a GFCI"" I have to run an extension cord to run my garbage disposal so the outlet clearly does not work Unprofessional Untimely Not welcome in my home ever!!!!

While Pablo, the electrician that came out was good, the company is horrible, Pablo said, if after he left the problem reoccurred, to call and he would come out. Well, I've called the company and left two messages...with no response...and when I attempted to call the third time, the ""mailbox was full."" I also called the number of the person who called and set up the appointment and the message at that number ""the person at this number is not accepting calls.""

If Better Business Bureau has not been alerted, they should be...and that will probably be my next call.

I was given this company through my home warranty. I made an appointment with them for 12-3. I got a notification that the technician was on the way around 9:30 am and immediately called and informed them that we wouldn't be home until noon. They still showed up at 11:00am and told us we would have to reschedule the appointment since we we not home. They collected the service fee and my warranty now cannot give me a refund. They did not step foot into my home and came at the wrong time! Absolutely ridiculous.

The technician stayed 16 mins and the proof is on camera. If AHS sends them out tell them NO. They are lazy and the owner does not care. He looked around and stated that all it needed was a bulb. No it doesn't because we changed them all. His paperwork was different than what he told AHS. He is lazy that's all.

This company was sent out to repair our 30 year old door bell by (AHS) American Home Shield. We just happened to notice a burning smell and hearing a vibration noise on the wall that the chimes were located. To prevent a fire the circuit breaker was located, turned off, and the wires taped and removed from the chimes to prevent a fire. It was going to take several days for the repair tech to come out so we viewed this as our best and safest option. The service tech came out at the appointed time and was very polite. He saw where I had removed the cover and agreed it was smart that I had taped the connections to mark where they had come from. He took a photo of the chimes. There were no burn marks and no one mentioned anything about a power surge except him. He told us that a power surge was usually the cause of such a malfunction. I also showed him the outside doorbell button which is rarely used and had a bad functioning switch, which I believed may have been the cause of the malfunction. He acted as though he would submit his report and be returning with several options for us to choose from after he got the needed approval. His report indicated that the proximal cause for the issue was a power surge. AHS refused to cover the repair as power surges are not covered under their contract. Had i experienced a power surge or suspected one, I would have done the repair/replacement myself and saved the non refundable $75 service call. If you have an electrical repair issue where the cause is not clear, I would not advise allowing this company to come out to make the diagnosis if you are using a warranty company.
To be fair this was there email reply to me concerning my displeasure with their performance. ""Good afternoon. After speaking with the technician and the master electrician we feel the diagnosis is correct. There are only 2 things that could've cause the issue one of which is a surge and the second is a short in the doorbell circuit which are both unfortunately not covered by AHS. Also you had uninstalled the doorbell prior to thhr techs arrival. If you feel the diagnosis is not correct you always have the option of seeking a second opinion through American Home Shield. Unless AHS overturns the decision unfortunately our hands are tied in moving forward with the repair. We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your service but we cannot control what American Home Shield approves or denies, we simply  turn in our findings along with photos to them and they make the decision.""

Worst company ever! They were hired by American Home Shield (AHS) to find and fix an electrical issue. They sent their senior electrician who spent all of 5 minutes at our home and said we have a dead short. AHS sent the company out again (this time a different gentleman) who said we have a dead short and that he could access it through the attic, but they reported back to AHS that the issue couldn't be resolved without opening walls to get access. Of course since they hadn't found here the short was they couldn't say which walls we needed to open. Thank God we asked for a second opinion. Lite It Up Elextricate came out, spent 20 minutes and identified that the issue was 2 loose wires (not a dead short) and fixed the problem. Also, the second electric company found a loose breaker when he took opened the panel there were sparks and a short. That was caused by Kelly Brothers when they took the panel off to try to identify the issue. Had we listened to Kelly Brothers we would have spent thousands of dollars and likely still not fixed the problem since opening the walls would have done nothing. Had the second company not come out the loose breaker could have caused a fire. I would never hire this firm and if you have a warranty company and they send AHS demand they don't!

The repair that was requested through AHS was to repair the ceiling heater in our master bath. The repair man came, replaced the heater. In three days time it no longer worked. Reported it to AHS, another service call some days later. This fan was replaced and only was used two nights for our showers. The following night, it did not work. Again reported to AHS and repair man came out, removed the fan and took it with him. He later denied taking the fan. My husband who is 85 and I am 83 are not capable of removing any ceiling heater. (we don't handle electrical). Now AHS will not replace the ceiling fan because it is no longer in the ceiling. The electric compay says they will fire the service man if he removed the heater. The repair man is in denial. I am sure he does not want to be fired. This leaves us without a heater in our bathroom. Thanks a lot Kelly Brothers.

SCAMMERS! This company is a joke. I was forced to use them through my homeowners insurance. The technician showed up at my home, maybe stayed for 5 min tops and left without fixing the problem. They collected the service call fee. So they got my money, without doing a bit of work. I wish I had read all of the reviews prior to this service call!

I have waited two weeks to have exhaust fans installed. Every time I called approx 6 times they never once returned my calls. Today AHS could not get a hold of them and AHS hung up on me because they did not know what to do. Kelly Elec should not be in business with AHS if they do not want to do the job.
