After the horrible winter storm in Texas in 2021 we knew we needed a whole house generator. One company gave us a ridiculous quote. Thankfully when I called around Cantwell Power recommended Keiser Electric. Due to supply chain issues from the quote to install and everything being done the process took about 1 year for a 27kw Generac. Keiser periodically kept us updated on the order and wait, and when it came time for the installation process, Keizer's entire team from Fernando to Jacob to Alan (at startup) was phenomenal. A whole house generator is a huge investment and yes, half down to place an order does make you check a company out and read reviews. But Keizer's quote was reasonable, their install was phenomenal and they kept their word every step of the way. Our family wholeheartedly recommends Keiser and we will use them in the future for electrical work.

Keiser Electric installed a natural gas Generac generator after I had enough after a recent power outage from a recent big storm. Alan Keiser came out and gave me a turn key estimate. Stefanie kept me informed during the entire process even replying on the weekends. The electricians and plumbers came out and finished the entire Installation over 2 days due to their busy schedules as a result of the storms. My only issue would be the turn key estimate, which had all of the line items but only showed the final turn key price. Otherwise, I was very happy with the entire generator installation, and I even had them replace my 2 Federal Pacific breaker panels with a single Square D breaker panel.

Ten stars! Keiser installed a generator for us, and the process could not have been smoother. This required their getting a permit and scheduling assorted workmen. It went smoothly and speedily from start to finish, and Alan Keiser made sure we understood how to operate and maintain the generator. Stefanie in the office was brilliant at keeping us informed, and all the workmen were pleasant, clean, and super-efficient. We will be using Keiser for all our electrical work in future.

A few days ago I had Keiser Electric come to my house and install a new interior receptacle and two new outdoor receptacles. I also had a new porch light with a switch installed. My house was missing all of these items so it was long overdue! The two electricians that came to my house were great! We discussed several options and when a decision was made, they knocked it out and it turned out perfectly. We are more than pleased with the outcome and we will surely not hesitate to use them in the future!

I was originally referred to Parker Power for an estimate on a Generac system but was pushed off to Keiser Electric. They were only at my house 15 minutes and it took over a week to get the estimate. They were charging more for the unit than Northern Tool or Home Depot (including delivery) and then added charges for items that ship with the unit. Life is way too short to deal with these carpet baggers!

At first, Alan Keiser seemed like he was genuinely interested in helping me. However, this is not correct. Let's begin with a list of wrongs with this company: #1. The people that he sent out to fix my electrical damage could barely speak any English. One of them only spoke Spanish and the other one misspelled the labels in the electrical box where the inspector did not understand what it said and he had to open the box to see which label went where. #2. Upon completion of the job, the two employees did not clean their cut wires. My lawn mower almost ran over a huge piece of metal that was cut from one of the employees and thrown on my lawn including lots of little wires and loose ends that were conveniently tossed on the ground. Sloppy job. #3. They left a 4 inch by 6 inch hole next to my electric box and did not tell me. The employees ""patched"" it up and it was a horrible job. Upon touching the edge of the patch, it peeled off on the edges exposing openings. I sent them pictures and I asked nicely in an email to the manager, Steve Norris, if Keiser Electric could help me pay for the wood filler that costs only $8.76 and I would re-patch the hole his employees made and cover the bad job they did. I was willing to fix it myself. Instead, I received this response from Steve: ""I'm surprised that after how Alan has helped you with the insurance that this is really an issue, but if it's a big deal to you, I'll pay for it out of my pocket...."" which lead me to talk about problem #4. Alan Keiser did not really want to genuinely ""help"" me. Alan told me which he was waiting on the phone with the Insurance company, ""This is why I charge them more, to deal with this bullsh*t."" So basically, he was charging my Insurance company much more money than he quoted me initially because he was on the phone with them trying to get them to pay me. At that point, I really did not trust him and I really should have hired someone else, but I was desperate for electricity after being without it for over a week, that I just wanted to get electricity. #5. This is the real insult to injury. I went to Home Depot to buy the wood filler which cost me $8.76. I mailed a letter and a receipt after Steve told me they would reimburse me when I mailed the receipt. After waiting nearly 2.5 weeks for the check after they received it, they only mailed me a check for $8.00. Keiser Electric shorted me 76 cents. It's the principle that matters in this case. I used my veterans military card to get a 10% off from Home Depot and try to save them some money from reimbursement. Instead, they shorted me 76 cents on purpose. That was the whole point of the receipt; is to get the full amount reimbursed. Do not trust this company. They are shady to deal with and can't even pay me the full reimbursement.
