Jesse was very helpful and very friendly, clearly and efficiently managed the project from start to finished. He interfaced with SDG&E, and played well with the neighbors. Definitely on my short list of service providers to work with in the future.

For reference, the job was quite extensive - upgrading the service from the street, upgrading the service box, and installing a high amperage line to the garage for the new electric vehicle.

Upgraded my 100amp panel to 200amp and ran 50amp wires for a new subpane on my guest house. Fair price compared to other bids, easy to work with. We actually never met in person but we talked on the phone while he was at my house and I did meet his apprentice. He took care of the SDGE communication and permits with the city. Everything went smooth and I was very happy with the service.

I had several solar contractors visit my home to provide me a quote. All of them gave me the impression I was about to buy snake oil and receive a free reconditioned iPad. I had all but given up on the solar dream and was prepared to surrender to the almighty evil SDG&E for all eternity. Then my beautiful wife, my savior from all the evil in the world presented me with an ad in a local paper. Could this be it. I called the number. Jessie Keegan, owner and operator answered. No call service. No answering machine. No voicemail. No automated service. A actual live person who answers the phone. 1 point for Keegan. We made the appointment for his initial visit. He was there, on time. Another point for Keegan. He sat at my table and asked me "" so, what are you looking to do?"" Wait, you mean to tell me your not going to tell me what I need regardless of what I say? Yet, another point for Keegan. Without writing a novel, this would prove to be the case the entire evolution of the process. Keegan was awesome in every way. Knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, punctual, etc. I haven't worked with a company like this ever. Honestly, I thought companies like this didn't really exist. I have since recommended Keegan Electric to my closest friends and family. Great job Jessie and to your crew as well. My faith in high standards in work ethic and integrity has been restored.

Super stoked just got our new LG 360 panels up with emphasis inverters! It's only took 2 weeks which was super fast! Some of the big companies have a 2 month waiting list for installation! The price was really competitive as well. I never really write good reviews but he was cool and I am happy with the service.

Jesse is awesome! I needed some outdoor outlets installed. Jesse did the work while I was at the office and I felt entirely comfortable having him do the work. I came back and found neat, tidy, perfect outlets on the house and no messes left behind.

His prices are very reasonable and he's very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

This owner is so unresponsibile. We had an appointment set up, and just didn't show up and without telling us. We tried to call him, text him. No response. If you are not coming, at least let me know so I can call other people to come during that time. He is wasting our time. Also, we have asked him to send us the quote ahead of time, and he did promise us to send us an estimate. But we never never received the estimate or the quote from him. He is a such unresponsible person. I don't recommend anyone to choose this dealer. Think about it. The solar system will be have a 25 year warranty. If his attitude is like this, how can you trust him to maintain your system for the next 25 years. If there is a problem happen in the future, he will not take care of it because you can not find this guy by any ways.

I was looking to upgrade my 125Amp electric service from an old Zinsco panel to a new Square D panel. I received several quotes from local electricians. All were roughly around the same price. However, Jesse Keegan was definitely the electrician that wanted to help get our panel replaced and work with us. SDGE recently changed their standards and the location for our replacement electrical panel would need to be changed over a foot from it's existing location. My wife and I did not want to have to trench and replace conduit for a new location. Jesse worked with us and SDGE to plan a new location that we could work with without trenching and still meet 2017 code. Jesse made at least 4 visits to my house prior to install to talk with my wife, me and our carpenter who would be doing some additional framing prior to the panel installation. If it weren't for Jesse's patience, professionalism, and expertise this job would not have gotten done.

Jesse and his crew's work is impeccable. He is on time, reasonably priced, and goes above and beyond to get the job done right. Keegan Electric is also a solar installer and we are looking into adding it to our home with Jesse. We will definitely be using and recommending Keegan Electric in the future! Unlike some other electrical companies in San Diego he is here to help solve your problem and complete your project as soon as possible.
