My A/C was not cooling properly of course in June when you need it the most and after getting home from work. My pets were in hot air inside most of the afternoon and the temps were 90 outside and inside was 80. I had the A/C set for 72 and it was reading 80!! I called Keefe's Air Conditioning and Heating after hours immediately and they could have had come that evening/night but it always COSTS more AFTER HOURS or on WEEKENDS so I waited for the next day to have them come out and check the unit. A/C repair can be costly so I was willing to wait it out. It happened to have rained so it cooled things off a tiny tad.
Keefe's has a secretary service after hours that answers, then they take a message to have someone from the company call who is on-call. The person on-call with Keefe's called me right away and was nice as can be over the phone. His name is Gracion W., Field Service person. He scheduled me down for a appointment in the morning. He was willing to come out after hours but I knew it cost more so he scheduled a appointment in the morning for me. Jasmine H., Office Staff person with Keefe's called me in the morning and scheduled someone to come out that morning. Chris D. was the Field Service person that came out. He was awesome from the time he greeted me at the door, during the visit and gave me some helpful advise and taught me a few things on the A/C. He was professional and nice during and after fixing my A/C issue. I gave him 2 water bottles because it was soo hot and he had to go in the attic. I mentioned to him with his skills and teaching method, he could teach a class. Thankfully my A/C just needed to be drained and blown out.
From the time I made the call to the appointment and the actual end of the appointment, every person that handled the appointment and service were completely nice and professional. Jasmine called me throughout the appointment time, to when someone was coming to my door to after the visit ended. She was so nice and clear sounding on the phone. Shout out to Gracion W., Jasmine H. and Chris D. I'd highly recommend them. Thai Nguyen used to work there and he is awesome too. It also helped me to have a yearly maintenance plan in which I get a small discount on appointment service and parts. A/C is running cool to cold now and hopefully will the rest of the summer. You can count on Keefe's Air Conditioning & Heating to come out when you need them to. They are reliable, nice and professional.
FYI - Always compare prices and get at least 3 estimates from 3 different companies and see how well informed staff & sales people are and on how they treat you when purchasing a new A/C & Heating unit or anything you buy that is a big purchase. Do your own research as well. The more knowledge and research you have can go a long way.

Total run around. We had been hiring Keefe's for the past 15 years for A/C work at our house. When we had to replace the system, Keefe's handled the installation. Not sure what changed, but we are sorely disappointed in Keefe's services at this time. We have spent a month trying to get duct work replaced and have had visits by 3 different technicians, who arrive, look at the issue (which we explained thoroughly and in detail when making the appointments on the phone), only to tell us they are not equipped to do the work and that another appointment needs to be made. We call and make a new appointment, then have to follow up to make sure a tech actually comes, only to have a dud appointment. WE HAVE HAD THREE SITE VISITS. We still don't have estimates, or work completed.

Called Keefe's because their commercials say for fast relief call them - NOT! Our A/C was not putting out air so first the tech said it was the filter. That didn't help. Then he said it needed to be cleaned. That didn't work either. A day and $250 later we're still without cold air. Called company back to let them know and they said tech would call us back - STILL WAITING! Tech seemed like he was grasping at straws until something worked.

Excellent customer service from the appointment setup to the tech (Chris) that came to service my unit. Super informational through every step. Felt very involved through the process. They will definitely be my next call if needed.

Keefe's is a great company. Trustworthy and reliable. They show up on time, explain everything throughly and answer all questions in a way you can understand. Dana has been to my house multiple times and is very professional and friendly every time. Never felt as though I was being taken advantage of and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is working properly. Would recommend to anyone. Accommodate to make a quick appointment when it's convenient for you. Thanks Keefe's !!

They came to give us an estimate on a new AC unit , he left and said he would email us a couple different options with estimates and we haven't heard anything and it's been 3 weeks!!!

I am so disappointed with the experience I just had with Keefe's. I requested someone come out to give me an estimate A salesperson came out an estimate was given and an installation date selected. I gave my cc info and my card was charged. A technician came the following day(Friday 1pm) to measure the property and finalize all installation details. 6pm I'm reviewing email and I receive an email with a voided cc transaction nothing else. Called Keefe's they stated cc cancelled because job was a 2 day job not a 1 day job which by the way was scheduled for next day which was Saturday. When were the going to call me! I called sales person who was agitated that I called his cell. Said he'd call me the next day the office was closed. Here it is Monday after. No call no text no email!!! It's 5:15pm. I called the office 30 minutes ago and the girl answering phone stated no one there to take my complaint. They leave st 3 or 4. REALLY !!! It's July and the height of their busy season and managers/supervisor leave early!!! Wow never again!!! Keefe this is poor business !!! You should check your staff from the receptionist , to the salesperson to the tech. No one seemed to give a care ! Cooler 3 hours or less false advertisement !!!

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY OR IT'S EMPLOYEES! I had a contract with Keefe's until I had a problem. They did not come until days later and then they did not honor their contract. Keefe's wanted to charge me again for work they guaranteed. When I hired a competitor to do the work, I found out that Keefe's not only over-charged me for work that was not done but their work had to be redone. Management was not willing to address my concerns! WHAT A RIPOFF!

I called. They came. I paid the 88 dollar house call fee. Then I was told I had a leak and I would need to pay the 212 dollar fee to FIND the leak...THEN I would be told how much it would COST to actually fix the leak but it could vary. I immediately felt I was being taken for a ride as we say.... I paid the guy the 88 dollar fee, gave him my birth date and DL number for the check i wrote...then he told me HE HAD TO VERIFY THE INFORMATION as if I were not being honest. I complied. The technician they sent was very nice but I did tell him I would be telling all my family, friends, coworkers, etc.. to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY..............

I called because my AC kept freezing over. Keefe sent a tech, who then AGREED my unit probably had a leak, charged me their assessment fee, which I paid. Only then did their tech inform me that he will not work on my unit because of some liability issue? What a scam.
