KDR Electrical SAVED us not too long ago. They had an electrician available within the hour and he was able to come right over to our business location. Daniel assessed what he would need and was able to help us out with our problem that evening. We were in a HUGE pinch and KDR could not have provided better customer service, support and QUALITY. You can't even tell that Daniel did anything at all! Truly a wonderful experience with KDR in a very stressful time for us. We could not be happier and they will be our go-to referral for those in need of an electrician.

Twice I scheduled KDR to do some electrical troubleshooting and both time KDR was a no show. On the first no show, no call was made. I called them to find out they could not come today. On the second no show, I received a call 3 hours prior saying they need to reschedule. Both times an employee called in sick and they were short handed. I tried to reschedule for a third time and gave up after the scheduler could not commit to a time and day. I am calling some one else.

Not impressed! Ricky came to the house, seemed nice enough at first and went on about how he got sick of contractors ripping people off so decided to start his own company. Turned out to be worse himself in the end. Hired to replace 1 breaker, and figure out why 2 sockets weren't working. Rplaced the braker and said the external one needed replacing also - funny that the Ricky didn't find that when he came out and inspected. Agreed to have them replace the second one. They spent HOURS (they charge by the hour) trying to figure out what the problem with the sockets was, then said he didn't have the right equipment, and would need to come back again. My husband called Ricky to discuss and query why the technician didn't have the right equipment with him... he suggested that 'when people remodel they cut wires' - we haven't remodeled, overall he was dismissive and rude! All in all they did about 1 hours actual work and charged $600. Will NEVER use them again.

OMG I called panic stricken when 1/2 the electricity in the garage suddenly went out and I had no electrician!!! Called the emergency number and Brandon (insert superman music here) answered he showed up in 30 mins and found the problem right away!!! Brandon is fabulous!! He's honest and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. He's wonderful!!! I am going to recommend them to my customers!

This is a top-notch company.

I am on Disability and cannot pay anything beyond monthly bills. I asked if KDR could refer me to a company or agency which could help. One half of my electricity: kitchen, dining room, garage door, etc. would not work. I researched family, internet, U-Tube, etc. for what to do and I became exasperated.

Rick Hendrick, the owner, kept in contact with me and said he would drop by and take a look what might be the problem. His ""look"" turned into fixing all of my problems. I've been living in the dark for 2 days and I can now clean and fix it up, plus using my garage!

I told my 91 year old father who was an executive, but knows housing problems inside and out, but he lives 6 hours away. He knows all of the effort I put into this, and his only comment was, ""Is this guy from heaven?"" He knows electricians and appreciates the help to his daughter but has not seen it before. It may sound corny but Heaven it is.

Called them after the first electrician I had scheduled was a no-show. They came the same day to my house. I had two different issues, one for a light switch not working and one for a spa tripping the GFI. The light switch was fixed but they could not fix the spa saying the problem was with the spa itself. Now this is fine, but they did not even open the spa to look inside and just did some external testing. In my opinion they took twice longer than they should have had. Will not use in the future.

I found KDR on yelp after my usual electrician's phone number was disconnected. I went down the yelp list, and they were the first ones to answer my phone call. I was transferred to someone who asked if I was at home, and wanted to walk me through some basic checks, in case it was a simple problem and didn't want me to have to waste a service call if I could fix it.

It was a broken outdoor outlet, which I needed for my invisible fence. They dispatched someone immediately, who quickly diagnosed the issue. They ran out to buy a weather proof outlet, and promptly fixed the issue. I had already prearranged a credit card payment with their admin office, and signed the bill on the ipad, and was emailed a receipt. Couldn't have asked for better service! Thanks KDR and I will be a repeat customer.

KDR Electrical Services Inc. fixed some rat-chewed wiring in my attic, and they did a thorough job.

I was referred to KDR by my air conditioning company. By default I would have gone with Fox because (1) I remember them because I see their trucks and advertising everywhere (2) they repaired my attic wiring the last time this happened. The air conditioning guy said I might get a better rate from KDR, and he said they did good work, so I gave them a call.

John, a KDR electrician, showed up bright and early on Monday morning. He looked at the wiring and told me how long he thought it would take. After I gave him the go-ahead, he installed new wiring and sheathed it in aluminum conduit to protect it from the rats. (Why didn't Fox do that?) His time estimate was spot on.

The next time I need an electrician, I will call KDR.
