Robin came to fix various electrical problems I was having in my house. She rewired and installed several electrical outlets and got them working right again. She was very personable and professional. She is also a straight shooter who will not take advantage of her customers. I will definitely recommend her to take care of your electrical needs.

Robin quoted me a flat $250 per hour rate to change 5 ceiling bulbs for recessed lights and changing 3 light switches, came and did that, and charged me $545 for an hour of work. After hours of troubleshooting power notcworking in part of our house, Robin found the problem in no time based on what we told her. Robin is very knowledgeable. She also quizzed us via text over the weekend to be sure we could defer her visit until Monday rather than pay after hours rates. She asked a lot of questions to even try to troubleshoot over the phone and possibly avoid a visit. Give KDC a try.

Once again Robin visited my dad's home in E Naples; this time on her day off! It was a pleasure having her diagnose and complete the necessary upgrade to the circuit panel to ensure that the UV system tied into the HVAC system did not continue to throw the breaker on a 15 amp circuit. The AC company should have completed this upgrade after repairing the UV system during their last visit. Fortunately, Robin had meticulous notes and was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue and eliminate every other possible culprit. In adding a new 20 amp breaker, she isolated the UV system and the original 15 amp breaker now does the job it was intended to do without tripping the breaker every 10 minutes! Brava to Robin once again. She's a true professional and very personable as well. I highly recommend her for any electrical job you may have!

KDC was recommended to fix a small problem with our ceiling fan. Not only did they not fix the fan, they broke the glass covering the light. The glass could not be replaced and now we need to buy a new fan. To add insult to injury the tech added $45 to the pre printed bill for the service charge. Hire someone else.
