I've had multiple people flake on me to change out a breaker switch and have been without AC in the desert for 2-3 wks. Talked to Kyle and his dad and he made a priority to come same day bc he knew desert living without ac is no joke. Couldn't recommended him enough

I appreciate them! Kept in touch, showed up early and hauled away the
old parts. Creative problem solving abilities a big plus.

From start to finish, Kyle and his crew were outstanding. Communication and scheduling worked smoothly. They came out and gave a free estimate for the work I needed. Leading up to the appointment, Kyle was giving me useful feedback and answered all the questions I had. On the day the work was done, the crew showed up on time early in the morning and worked extremely hard in the 100 degree heat to finish the work. The crew was very respectful and professional around my house and walked me through all the work steps.

I rarely write reviews but Kyle and his company are so exceptional and top-notch that their praises need to be given.
I have a short term rental property in Wonder Valley. I have had negative experience after experience with contractors being no-shows, not communicating at all, and doing costly terrible work that costs me even more to repair.
I was finally referred to KCG Electric to take a look at a major and urgent mess up on another electricians behalf.
Kyle answered my call right away, moved his schedule around to come out to the property fast.
He had an estimate ready for me quickly and understood the time constraints I had with guests arriving/departing.
He explained everything to me thoroughly and is extremely knowledgeable and kind.
He figured out how to fit me into his schedule-which I'm beyond appreciative for.
He showed up early at both appointments (!)
texted when he was on the way, and he professionally communicated throughout & sent me pictures of the work done.
The work done was done exceptionally well, and was very very reasonably priced.
I cannot emphasize enough how difficult it has been for me to secure good people that communicate and that do honest work.
Such a breath of fresh air, so incredibly grateful that this company exists and for how it is ran. Thank you Kyle!

I hired KCG to do all the electrical work; electrical panel upgrade, recessed lights, fix outlets that were not working, added new outlets in the house, add ceiling fans, new outlets in the garage, etc. When I talked to Cliff I told him the home inspection showed a few outlets not working, I need all outlets in good condition, that was the main thing I told him, besides everything else to be done. This was a $11k job, not cheap, paid on time.
Well, the problem started when they cut power for my garage (there is no interior access to the garage from the house), they said the garage was using a wire from one of the bedrooms, that was a liability. Yes great finding, let's fix that asap. But no, they cut the power to the garage, didn't pass the new wire to the garage, closed my garage door and left for the day. I could no longer open the garage without power. My handyman had to break the window glass in the garage to go in and manually open the garage door to get his tools back so he could continue the work in the house, ran an outdoor extension cord from the opener to the house so we could close/open the garage as needed to keep his tools safe. Why didn't KCG pass a new wire after cutting the bad one? Because they were late for another job and they would come to pass a new wire in 2 weeks when they were scheduled to do the remaining work in our house. So my garage was left in that state. They blamed the battery in my garage door opener to not hold power to keep opening/closing my garage without electricity. During this issue I noticed how Cliff changed his behavior.
2nd issue, after the handyman patched all drywall holes done during the electrical work (no big deal we expected that), I found one outlet that was still not working. Well, guess what, they had to break the wall again to fix that outlet, more money to patch that extra wall. KCG was going to charge me for fixing that outlet as well (remember I asked them to fix all of them at the beginning?) but after some talks they didn't charge.
3rd issue, just happened, we finally had our washer/dryer delivered to be installed, what was my surprise when plugging the dryer in the garage? The outlet is not working. Yep, another one. Called them in. They came, looked at it and said the 220v from the dryer was connected to the same wire to the range. Last time they came they disabled the range wiring (I'm using a gas range) because the wire ""was not good and it was an issue"". But never tested anything else. Again, fixing one thing and breaking another. They were charging me to pass a new wire to the dryer. I argued again, this was supposed to be part of the 11k job I paid them, every outlet should be working as I asked. It is an old house, who knows how it was wired, I have no knowledge to find those myself and I trusted him to keep everything in good standing, if you start killing wires, at least do a final check if that didn't disable something else in the house.
At this time Cliff behavior just changed (same behavior during the garage issue), he gets angry and says I'm always blaming them, they are not home inspector, ""go find another electrician"" and leaves my wife hanging at the door (I was in a video chat).
By the way I was hiring him to connect my hot tub in a couple more weeks, because besides all the issues, every time they scheduled to come and do the work, they did. But definitely they lack interpersonal skills and that is not how you talk or leave your client in that situation.

Kyle's team is responsive, on time, knowledgeable, and honest. Another company had told me I needed a new AC line but was booked out for the next month, so I found KCG instead. Thankfully I did! Because KCG showed up promptly, assessed the situation, and verified there was no problem at all! Also, their quote for running the line was less than half of what the other company said! I appreciate KCG's thoroughness and honesty to not do unnecessary work, I would've never known if they didn't tell me. I highly recommend them to anyone!!

We worked with Kyle on some electrical projects for our cabin in JT. Kyle and his team did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects quickly and as scheduled with constant communication. Working with Kyle has been a pleasure and we will use his services in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and honest electrician.

It's very difficult to find reliable licensed professionals in this area. KCG is cut from a different cloth. I hired them to fix and add to some sloppy electrical work done for my mini splits done by someone else. Their professionalism is unmatched and you won't find a more detailed team. They actually return your calls and show up in time. Very happy

Cliff, kyle, and the rest of their team are awesome! They have excellent customer service, good prices, and, great quality of work. I've had them do a personal project for me at my home and then a project at my business. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

They just came out to do some electrical work at our house in Landers today and we're very professional and fast, highly recommend them.
