It was a Sunday afternoon and I had an ""electrical emergency"". I called several other electricians in my local area only to get voicemails. Rick from KCD Electric answered my call and had someone out within an hour. Robert came out and was friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all, got our problem fixed for a very reasonable price. We needed an electrician to do some work to extend a conduit and wiring in order for us to use our new hot tub at a higher voltage than we had available. KCD Electric was very responsive and quickly agreed to come out next day for an estimate. Their estimate was much better than the previous ones we were given by two other companies. The technicians were very nice, thorough and communicative about work being done. We had to wait 5 days for our new hot tub to be delivered and they kindly came back out to finish the connection needed on the day it was delivered. We appreciated the fair, fast and competent service they provided us. I would recommend them anytime.

Excellent experience! From scheduling the appointment to a reasonable price, Rick was tremendous. I'll definitely be using them in the future.
We have an older home that needed the kitchen light ballast replaced. The ceilings are extremely high. Not a problem for these guys they came out assessed the problem and took care if it in short order. Highly recommended.

We just moved into our home and after a few days of living there, we kept having all these weird electrical issues with our outlets. It was so frustrating and once realizing there was no way we could solve this ourselves, I started researching various electric companies nearby and ended up going with KCD based off their responsiveness, other reviews, and fair pricing. I am SO glad we went with them. Two guys Shane & Robert were so friendly, knowledgeable and great at communicating. From letting us know exactly when they'd arrive, to doing expert trouble shooting and resolving, and then giving us an affordable bill for all the great work. Five stars and would absolutely use again!

Rick is super responsive. His guys talk about him like he's a rock star. Prices what happened with a great boss/owner. Employees happy and so good work. They really care. Robert and Shane are going to be super popular is my guess. We couldn't be happier with the install of our bedroom ceiling fan and 3 outside lights by the garages. Great company that's gonna go far. We will absolutely use again as we need lights for landscaping next.
