Technician Mark was very professional, courteous & knowledge. There was something odd done in the ceiling by a previous owner. He had to cut a hole in wall, run a new wire etc. In the end everything works correctly now! It's so refreshing to find a company that I feel I can rely on! Thanks for great service!

Mark did a great job making my bedroom light switch turn on the ceiling light. That has not worked in the twelve years since we bought the house! I had Mark make the ceiling light work so we could take down the lamp and fan with the chain going to a wall outlet. Also, I asked for the light placement to be moved so it wouldn't be directly over the bed. In addition, I had him hang a new lamp. As a woman, I felt very comfortable having Mark in my home. He was polite, friendly, and professional. He completed the work and cleaned up when finished. I am very happy with the job done and would recommend KCD Electric.
