Bob P.The KBW electrician said he would be out to inspect the site in 45 minutes. Impressive, right? Over two hour later still no electrician. Informed him that I had been waiting for well over three hours and asked when he would be on site. He told me he would be here sometime today. I reminded him he agreed hours ago it would only take 45 minutes to arrive. I asked when he would come out and he said we're off to a bad start and hung up. I strongly recommend not using this company for any electrical work. If they mislead customers about the basis how can you trust them with something as important as electrical work.
