Really pleased with KB Electric. After I contacted Kenny he came back with a quote later that day which was clear and concise. He also followed up with me until I was ready to do the work. He and Rob showed up as scheduled and were super professional. I definitely get the sense that Kenny wants his customers to be happy with the end result. He worked with us and advised through some decisions which I really appreciated. We're very happy with the quality of the work. Would definite recommend.

I called this business to verify if one of their employees went on my property without my consent. It was recorded on my Ring doorbell that an employee with the name KB Electric on his vest rang the bell and then proceeded to walk into my backyard. No one was home. When I called the number, a man just kept saying hello repeatedly and would not answer my question when I asked if it was KB Electric and then hung up on me. I called back again and asked the same question and explained why I was calling. He proceeded to act rude and paranoid and accused me of trying to scam him because he claimed that he received the exact same phone call from the same number asking if an employee of his went on their property. That is impossible because this was the first time I had called his business. This business seems very shady and not legitimate at all!

If you are looking for an honest, reliable professional - Do NOT hire Kenny. We originally scheduled for Saturday to have him do some electric work...he then asked to move us to Friday. So my fiancé took a few hours off from work on Friday to get the pre-projects done (some mounting work so he would know the placement spots for the electric). Our appointment time was 3:30 and we called him around 4:00 to see where he was and he said he thought the appointment was for another weekend. Keep in mind we had not only verbally confirmed the date but also confirmed in writing via text message. So he asked if he could come the next day - Saturday at 11am. We had to rearrange our plans but made it work to be home for him. Guess what? He didn't show up again. We have called and texted him all day...no response...no contact....and it's 3:00pm. Just wanted to warn others.

We were almost 9 months pregnant and needed someone reliable on fairly short notice to install an outlet in our walk-in closet for our changing station so that we could plug-in a wipe warmer.

Kenny was able to come over within 48 hours and installed the outlet quickly and for less than he originally quoted us which was already reasonable. In addition, he installed a dimmer switch in the walk-in so that we wouldn't be stumbling around in the dark with our newborn.

Kenny was professional, thoughtful and offered advice when I was originally requesting a different location for the placement of the outlet. I'm happy I listened to him. I will definitely be contacting KB Electric for our next projects.
