Power went out to half our home overnight. Left a message before 8 am, and Mena called first thing, noted one of their electricians were at another job three blocks away, and they were at my house 15 minutes later. The quickly identified the problem and fixed it, and also contacted  Was very impressed with their professionalism, communication, quick response and resolution of our issue. Their pricing seems in line with others I spoke with recently who wouldn't be out for days. Highly recommend!

While the plumber that installed my new shower unit did a good job (though we had to call again to get him to add the silver ring over the white calking) the billing and cost for the job were very suspicious. They say the name of the company is Kayvon Plumbers but billing goes through Five Star Best Plumbing. Try looking them up- difficult to find. The people in the office gave me a run around as I asked why there were two names. They told me that the deposit was $59 but showed up on my credit card as $120. I was told the deposit was refunded if I booked the job. I did, but it now shows up on my credit card, even though I paid the bill with a second LARGE payment based on the completion of the job. The work is good, The shower works. But I feel like I paid too much and feel stupid for letting myself get ripped off. I was rattled, the broken shower needed to be fixed quickly and it is difficult getting things fixed now. I would warn you that this company feels like it over charges with hidden fees, confusing promises, ridiculous one dollar charges to join some kind of members group that supposedly gives you a discount. Then you get the bill. I was stressed, signed it, paid and got my shower fixed. But I feel like I paid too much money. Do your diligence, look further and find a company that seems reputable.
