Kasper is great at what they do, but check with other reliable electrical companies. What Kasper charges you $1500 for can be found for $500 to $700 elsewhere with all the guarantees you want. I'm a disabled vet & most companies offer a discount to us .. but Kasper doesn't. I think they got full of themselves and forgot what made them great .. their customer service & competitive pricing.

Friendly, on time, professional! A Kasper electrician just replaced a couple of faulty switches and the light connected with a fan chain. He also tightened a plug that worked off and on. Joe was fantastic, answered all my questions (without frustration), worked efficiently and with consideration for switch plate appearances. I would definitely call Kasper Electrical again and again.

I called Kasper for help with the electrical issues my dryer fuse/outlet was having. The tech was at my house the same day. Before he arrived, I received a text that he was on the way along with his picture and background information. The problem was diagnosed and resolved within 30 minutes for a very fair price. What else more could a customer ask for? Thank you, Kasper Electrical.

Asked them to come and give an estimate to install bathroom fans for two bathrooms. They changed $157 just to walk in the door for the estimate Then quoted over $3000! The technician did noot seem knowledgeable. I ended up using another company who charged much less and I am very happy WW-uitkering their work. I would not recommend Kasper electric at all. I feel that they are dishonest.

We had Kasper electric install a generator that was purchased by us. After less than a year we had problems with our generator not functioning properly. At which time we call Kasper electric to come out to see what the problem was. They sent out their person a week later to look at the generator. We were told it seems to be a problem with the generator.

Are you kidding me, we already knew there was a problem with the generator.

The guy they sent said he did not have tools to repair generator. Also told us that because we purchased our own generator that we would have to call the Genetac Company. They charge us $178.50 for this service. So my point is to make you aware if you purchase a generator on your own and they install it do not call them.

To save yourself some money if you have them install it don't waste your time calling Kasper to just look at it!! Call the generator company directly and they will recommend somebody that will come out to service your generator and do any repairs as necessary.

I I feel that we were ripped off !!! my husband and I are senior citizens and what they've done is wrong.

I called several electricians and no one even returned my phone call. This company did all they could to come out and do my work. Jimmy Wagner arrived with a smile and did what had to be done to complete my house inspection. I couldn't appreciate it more. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing an electrician .
