He was there in under an hour and thoroughly inspected everything and found the source of my issue. I've also since had him come out to install new breakers and to check for other issues. Having Kannon Electrical out to my house to help me with my electrical problems was hands down the worst experience I've had while owning my home. When I called they told me it would be $100 service fee to have them come out, and I figured that was fair. When the electrician showed up he told me that he couldn't touch anything without doing an inspection first, and that was going to cost me $1,000. Reluctantly I agreed, because I was told that once the inspection was done I would be good to go. Well it turns out that was another lie! Once the inspection was done the electricIan handed me a quote for over $45,000 to rewire the house. when I asked what my options were the guy made me feel like I was a bad person if I didn't just do what he recommended. FYI, I had another electrician come out and the work is now done, the total cost was under $14k. I highly recommend avoiding kannon electric!

After moving in to our new home, we started experience sporadic lighting, outlet, and general electrical issues. We were concerned with what was causing the problem, and even with my past experience as an electrician, I had an idea of what was going on, but no longer had the tools to properly diagnose the issue. I found Kannon Electricial Services on the Nextdoor App through a referral from one of our neighbors (THANK YOU!). I called, and Keone responded quickly. He had an extremely busy schedule, but expedited his visit to my residence. He made us the first stop of his day, and quickly and efficiently diagnosed and isolated the issue. Not only did he do that, but he was able to effectively communicate what was going on, and even someone with a non-electrical background could understand. He also pointed us in the right direction for finding the part we needed, and let us know that they are extremely difficult to find, and may need to have it shipped from the mainland. Luckily enough, we found the last breaker available at Home Depot. It was pricey, but it was exactly what we needed to fix the issue. After letting Keone know we acquired the part, he again exceeded expectations, and fit us in his schedule. He came late in the afternoon after his weekend workday, and fixed our problem. He also had me verify that all of our lighting, and electrical issues were resolved prior to leaving including taking a look at the electrical for our water heater. I sincerely appreciate his professionalism, and knowledge in his craft. He's an expert in his trade, and I will be hanging on to his business card for future work. He let us know when he was coming by, found our apartment in a multi unit complex, and was super friendly the whole time. He fixed our issue and explained how everything worked and what he was doing.
