This week, Joe & William did excellent work on replacing lanai sliding glass door's roller assembly in less than 20 minutes, and my 40-year-old door glides with no friction!

Last month, William did the wonderful job for resurfacing, cleaning, repainting (old beat up, dinged up, scratched, stained, faded, & nasty looking) entry door, replaced all door accessories including the door lock! Main entry door looks so bright, clean, new looking, and its opening & closing are much smoother than before! He also did great job of many handy works for me too!

People (office & on site) are very responsive, kind, and easy to deal with, also handymen are so conscientious and proficient, and everything was done within estimated timeframe and cost!

That is why I keep calling them for all my handy works!

Pohai picked up an 18k BTU beast of an AC from ADMOR and brought it to the job site. Because it is a rental to save time, I insisted that he use the old housing as changing it out was more effort than worth. It was done in way under an hour. Happy owners, happy tenant, happy property manager...Awesome !!
