Very professional! I had a unique installation for my AC unit and they were able to get it done within an hour or so. The Kama'aina Handyman repaired 6 ceramic exterior tiles, the base of 2 posts that were ""rotten"" and plugged a 15 foot long 1 inch gap between the garage wall and house with a shim, caulk and paint. Work scheduled and completed as promised. Company is very responsive and communicates well. Provides estimate of job prior to starting and repair work is done with creative thought. Satisfied with entire job and would use again. Thank you!

Replaced kitchen faucet, 2 angle stops (toilet shut-off valve), and toilet fill valve. Anyone who's done this kind of work before (I have) knows how hard it is to get the old stuff off. That's 80% of the job. My stuff (except the fill valve) was 25 years old, frozen in place. Beat everyone in price (5 bids), friendly staff, and got the job done in the estimated time. Mask and social distance, like everyone else. I did 3 of the 5 toilets myself, and saved the most difficult ones for them to handle. Saved my back! Worth it.

I'll give the good before the bad:

Good: Prompt with texts and contact back to me. Showed up on time. I was impressed. I knew exactly how much it was going to cost.

Bad: I had sent a picture of what needed to be worked on. The worker didn't show up with equipment needed for the job. So he had to leave. But he gave me a good idea and I was able to fix the problem myself. Yea!

Another bad. He parked on my neighbors lawn. Really?! I told him if he had done that to my front lawn I'd have called the cops. He didn't seem phased. But he did move his truck. Seriously, we all try and take care of our front lawn/property. Who needs a truck parked smack across the lawn. Booo

Not sure if I'd call for another job. Depends on what it is.
