Ian and kawika were great! I had a concern with our electrical panel and made a couple calls to get quotes. I called and Ian said he was able to come and take a look later that day. He was very accommodating and friendly. Turned out to be a lot more serious than I thought... eek! Instead of leaving me hanging, he offered to fix it right away. He said he didn't feel right leaving me in that situation. He explained everything that he did and quickly fixed what needed to be fixed.

Ive never posted a review before but this guy was a sarcastic punk. I just wanted a basic in general pricing and hes telling me about cars cost 5-15,000 it varies. What do cars have to do with my electrical problems??? I just wanted an average price quote and this guy cant give me an answer so he gives me attitude.

Ian responded quickly and was able to schedule my job for the very next morning. They showed up right at the scheduled time. Project was the installation of a light fixture and was expected to be a simple job. However, it turned out to be complex because of the existing wiring. They did an excellent job of trouble shooting and resolving the issue and reconnecting several fixtures. All the time very courteous and very careful of existing surfaces. The project was completed thoroughly, quickly and for a very affordable price. I would definitely recommend them and will use them for any other project.

Super service with a friendly smile and solid technical knowledge is the way I would describe Ian and his assistants response to several (about eight) plug issues and one three way switch issue at our home. As they say in the fishing industry this is a keeper. Quick response, good communications, excellent price value for the work.

I am really pleased with the service and work done by Ian at Kama'aina Electric. We needed an outdoor outlet installed ASAP, and he was able to fit us in same day.
