Ian and Kawika are pros. I like that they answered on the first call. I got an appointment the same day, and they showed up on time, texted before arrival, and texted if they'd be early or late. The estimate I got was what I paid. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The work they did was excellent. I had three ceiling light fixtures repaired. One was a replacement. One was a fluorescent light where the ballast was bad. Ian removed the ballast and converted it to LED. Much better! Lastly, they replaced a 60 year-old recessed light with an LED fixture. They solved all my problems quickly and for just under $400.

Just got done with some work by Ian & Kawika including a ceiling fan, 2 light fixtures and a deep dive into trying to figure out the screwy electrical work done in the past 50 years in my condo. I can't say enough about the quality and thoroughness of their work. It was excellent. As a previous poster said, I wish I could give 6 stars. Ian took time to explain the existing setup in my condo in a way I could understand. I appreciated that a lot! Their price was also very reasonable. I will be using their services again.

I contacted Ian about a tubular light in the kitchen that couldn't be installed. Over the phone, Ian said that it might be that the entire light fixtures themselves may have to be installed costing hundreds. However, when he came in for a free estimate, he simply installed the one light swiftly and was honest about not having to have the entire system changed. He is definitely in my contacts for any future electrics needs.

Spoke to Ian about an electrical issue. Thankfully was available the next day. He reviewed the dead socket in garage and at first it was a mystery as to why this plug was hamajang. I was glad he didn't give up looking for an answer. Turns out this socket was wired to a separate room and once this breaker was turned back on we were good. A number of people looked at it and tried to figure out. Ian guys came through!
